Is the E7- 460P a good motor? Looking to buy a 2002 Mack has 400 000 miles , how long of life before you need to work on it.

The truck I'm looking at has 400,000 miles on it, wondering if these engines have a good history and what one could expect for milage before having to spend major dollars.
