Need Help With Air Problem


i have a 2000 mack mr 688s its slowing building air have to reave up to build up to 120# once built up and drive down the road air dryer pops off every 10 seconds i have replaced the compressor,air dryer,d2,signals line to wet tank and to air dryer still no change looked for pressure valve in wet tank could not find mack dealer said its in the 5/8 90 but nothing in there replaced air lines from compressor to dryer no change tanks accumalate alot of water at the end of the day so thats why i changed compressor but still same problems no real air leaks no where but after 30 minutes after shut down i lose about 40# off air so must have slight leak somewhere if any one can help sure would appreciate the help

ISN'T IT THE GOVERNOR, YOUR CREATING HEAT AND THEREFORE CONDENSATION,ADJUST IT OR GET A NEW ONE.THE SPREAD IS WRONG BETWEEN CUT IN AND CUT OUT PRESSURE.

I would put my money on it being a governor problem. For a $20 you should b able to get a new one.

to adjust air pressure control governor you need 7//16 wrench and a screw driver remove top plastic cover if fitted and loosen off lock nut now screw in to lower pressure and out to raise the unloader cut out pressure
