i have always found that to be a tire issue on my truck..

I have had the truck for over 10yrs so i have been through tires

May want throw new steering tires on the front if you already haven't balanced the tires you have on there already.

Check the holes on the rim if it is wider than normal. I had such case, it turned out to be wider holes on the rim.
