Found a 1941 Mack Ed.  We are in phase 1 of our restoration. 

After 2 years we are mechanically fit for the road.  We've attended a few car /truck cruise nights.   It seems to attract a lot of attention.  We hope to get it painted by next spring.

Are you running the original mechanicals?

Yes and No.  We made some alterations so it will keep up to traffic.  The original gears are still in the rear end. 

That truck is just so cool!!  It looks like it is coming along very nicely.  

That is a vintage of Mack when men were men, the women were tougher than nails, and  the USA was the mightiest industrial powerhouse in the world.
