- Other Comments We bought this on eBay and brought it back from Pembina, North Dakota to Virginia. It was used by the Pembina Fire Department, then sold to a farmer. Pembina is on the Canadian border. Picture shows it loaded on trailer in Pembina for the 1500 mile ride home.
