These are pictures of a 1948 Mack, model 45 S. I recently bought this truck. At some point a Detroit 4-53 and 8 speed transmission was retrofitted. Overall it is in reasonably good shape. Cab mounts are the biggest issue. I am currently replacing them.

I remember riding about in this truck, B61 as all B models were called a B61 pretty much in Australia
Had a 8V71 and a quad box from new as far as I know
Last time I saw the trucm was in the shed getting 671 instead of the 8V71
Went along okay with the 2 stroke jimmy
