Holy Crap!!! Where the heck are these? Can you get me info on them U models?

The picture was taken about 10 years ago. They were somewhere along RT61 in PA ~ spotted while on a trip to Blue Mountain Mack in Schuylkill Haven to look at a V8 MH.
