I wanted something that was more reliable and less easy to wear out than the old-style throttle rods and clips, so I chose to make a new throttle rod using aluminum rod, threading it, and installed spherical linkages to each end like the clutch rods I used.

I've not tested it in operation, but I think it will work well.

This is carb end.
