we have one with a dump body on it and a 3406c cat in it with the cat fluid eng brake, also a lot of canadian truck had no brakes on the steer axle

It was a show truck from the truck show in Toronto back in the 80's. There was an R model with a sleeper of comparable size that had a very similar paint job. I have some pictures of those trucks here somewhere....I will have to dig them up.
