Were these R model long-hood Macks ever offered with a factory installed sleeper compartment from Mack?

If so , during which model years?

If not, why not?

If so, was the cab back cut open to allow easy step through from the driving cabin to the sleeper area, or were they a crawl-through arrangement or only accessed via a side door into the sleeper?

I've not ever seen one with an intergral sleeper such as the A and L and B models ?

Thanks,

Ralphk in st. Louis, MO
