  2. I never saw the other thread, thanks for the link. Probably why it is still available for sale.
  3. I seen this listed for awhile so it might be high priced, but I was impressed at how nice it is and how well it has been taken care of. Has anyone seen it out working? https://newyork.craigslist.org/que/cto/5407227707.html

  5. Vlad, My truck has two 3/8" and one 1/4", theses were the part numbers I needed but I got local around $12-$18 a piece. I saw them on line but figured i wanted them sooner, but probably would have saved some money as he does combined shipping. The Yellow Knob is MACK # 25MY32P19 PAI # LVK-3603 3/8" with roll pin http://www.ebay.com/itm/Push-Pull-Valve-Parking-Brake-Knob-Qty-1-PAI-LVK-3603-Ref-Bendix-248502-101471-/251873247998?hash=item3aa4d0c2fe:g:a3AAAOSwcu5UPXnE&vxp=mtr The Red Knob is MACK # 745-248600 PAI # LVK-1373 3/8" with roll pin http://www.ebay.com/itm/Push-Pull-Valve-Red-Trailer-Emergency-Knob-PAI-P-N-LVK-1373-Ref-Bendix-248600-/261862497092?hash=item3cf8389b44:g:CmUAAOSwPhdVOBRw&vxp=mtr The Blue Knob is MACK # 25152255 PAI # LVK-3604 1/4" with roll pin http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pull-To-Apply-Tractor-Parking-Push-To-Release-Knob-LVK-3604-Ref-Bendix-291172-/252094148714?hash=item3ab1fb706a:g:R~4AAOSwiLdV-fRf&vxp=mtr
  6. Post a picture of your the headliner. The way they mount in the corner is a series of folds that boxes out the corner and the speaker mounts on a flat portion so they set vertically in the corner. Open up this picture and zoom in and you can see the round speaker and the folds in the headliner.
  7. The interior looks really good. I noticed the carpet was in good shape to, was that a replacement or swapped out? Did you was down the inside walls after you took the panels out and add some insulation?
  8. Your plugging along keep at it you will have finished before you know
  9. That is the way the painter wanted it as he has no way to take it off so I mocked it up last summer and it been sitting on frame I made to move on a forks. I plan on putting the interior in when I get it back from paint than mounting it
  10. Now onto phase two the sleeper, I finally got the whole truck washed inside and out need a new flasher it quit and no high beam is guess I will have to check the switch I put in last summer
  11. I been measuring and scratching my head the 671 is L54" x W29" x H41" so it is to long by about 8" and to tall by about 4" so back to the drawing board. I am still considering buying the 671 and truck because of the price. Need to think on it some more.
  12. The Mack dealer has the 1/4 blue knob for $12.88 next day as they did not stock it. There was one on ebay for $10 =$7.50 for shipping, if you bought all three knobs from the guy be worth it (combined shipping) but not for just one. New Mack # 25152255 that crossed from the one Jim posted.
  13. Are they cab corners or over the door if tell are over the. Door my R had 4 inch rectangular speakers and I think my superliner ones are just 6 inch round they mount in the headliner on both
  14. An upholstery guy in town I am trying to learn the custom stuff but f'up most of it. I buy the material and jack around with it till I am frustrated. Then take it to him,10 minute's later he is all done. He cut new card board for the headliner, I did the plastic console after fixing cracks and reinforcement, I used the black cloth headliner material it looks good except were it got to close to the heat gun but it is by a screw and you can't see it. He charged me $100 per door and $150 to do the headliner and $70 for the other pillars and over the door he made new cardboard pieces. I supplied all the fabric. I have learned enough I plan on doing the sleeper.
  15. Looking for the plastic clip holder that holds the ends of the visor if they are still available a part number would be great mine is broken on the drivers side
  16. Out town trying to see if this works if the are sideways I will post when I get home
  17. My Two Cents If you decide to put radiant heat in make sure that you get specs for the proper length and size of the heat coils and insulation based off your location and floor size and make sure they put them at the proper depth in the concrete. Don't skimp on the under floor or perimeter reflective material and insulation or the amount of coils needed. My neighbor has it in his shop and after 5 years of tweaks and adding additional insulation and consulting a specialist his is finally working good. He thought he was doing it right, the building people sold him on it and provided the plan and said we do this all the time. A reputable heating engineer that specializes in this type of heating needs to be consulted, otherwise like my neighbor you will be chasing issues and efficiency. Insulation should be Closed Cell spray foam at least two inch than you can finish with fiberglass or open cell. 2 inch of closed cell is like R14, the closed spray foam that I used is fire retardant and does not need to be covered. I had my roof, side wall 18" down and gable ends done on my 30x50 for around $3000. I had already insulated the bottom 8ft and covered in OSB. This past fall I finally finished of the top six 6ft of wall. I added a this for my heat source, inexpensive takes less than 10 minutes to get back up to 60 form the 32 when with both doors 12x12 open. So far pretty reasonable to work, and with the shop completely insulated it seems to stay about 15 degrees warmer than outside. Seems to do the same in the hot summer 15 degrees cooler if I keep the doors closed. http://www.qcsupply.com/commercial-industrial/heaters/garage-shop-heaters/20700-modine-power-vented-gas-fired-unit-heater.html
  18. Not sure myself, it is a big gas engine, EN510. I need to measure that it will fit though, the 6-71 is 5 ft long. Worst case I could box the front of the frame. I wonder how much a END510 weighed as I am sure Mack didn't change truck frames.
  19. It seems the Victoria Sharp account matches the released FBI video. http://www.rawstory.com/2016/01/update-new-details-emerge-about-lavoy-finicums-death-hes-like-just-shoot-me-and-they-did/ The Mark McConnell story is quoted a lot but his is really a third hand hearsay of the account. Not sure why if he was a armed body guard he was released and not charged.
  20. Ryan Bundy, 43, of Bunkerville, Nev., suffered a minor gunshot wound in the confrontation about 4:30 p.m. along U.S. 395. He was treated and released from a local hospital and was in FBI custody, authorities said.http://www.nola.com/crime/index.ssf/2016/01/oregon_militia_standoff_shots.html Apparently, this happened after Robert "LaVoy" Finicum was killed, and they were shooting into the truck at the end. I find it odd they are compared to "terrorists" but they did not charge any of them with domestic terrorism, but thy did the Hammonds. I read there were some other arrests of supporters in Nevada under the conspiracy charge.
  21. Looks like the shooter shot him in the back with a rifle. Why were they shooting into the cab afterwards? The windows were up not like they could open the door in snow that deep with out some effort.
  22. I have been looking for a cummins 4bt or 6bt , but the ones I have looked at were pulled and all "runners" with $2500 to $3500 price tags. I been searching for buses and bread truck and pickups that are in running condition as it would be nice to have all the extras if needed like a radiator, air compressor etc.. I was trying to stay small diesel engine and looked at a couple perkins and a 4-53 that would run, they both needed transmissions what they were asking for everything I thought was a little on the high side. I did find a 6-71 with a seven speed spicer in a single axle with cracked frame and rust issues with air brakes that will yard drive, but don't know enough about the A54 to know if the frame would be heavy enough for it. Open to expert opinions.
  23. Any one have the part # for the Blue Knob on dash that takes the roll pin? It does not take the 3/8" knob it is 1/4" with roll pin
  24. It was a whistle I inspected the intake tubes and elbows there is one that has a hole in it I would say for debris and it looks like the inside of a whistle I took most everything apart and inspected it and looked for leaks, the noise seemed to be coming from the drivers side so I think this is the culprit. It had a hose clamp on it so it is probably supposed to have a hose on it that doesn't allow the whistle. I put a couple layers of 3 inch good quality vinyl electrical tape over it and I was planning on taking it out for a test drive but it didn't work out today.
