  1. If you cant find the smaller diameter ones do like what carlotpilot said, just clean it up replace the pancake for about $2 and you should be good. Take the old one with they should be able to cross it if they know what they are doing I found this looks like yours but I would have them measure it SC09 by HALDEX Service Chamber - Size T09 http://www.finditparts.com/products/370839/haldex-sc09?srcid=CHL01SCL010-Npla-Dmdt-Gusa-Svbr-Mmuu-K370839&gclid=CjwKEAiA8qG1BRDz0tmK0pufw3QSJACfn6olNNIdb7sA40EQ7qOYipO7F2C_4s50yRiQh5GhhfK-lhoC0X7w_wcB
  2. No pictures yet, I ended up taking the interior out, the horns did not work and they mounted the valve backwards and the valve is broken. I did get some odds and ends done but did not get outside to wash it good to knock the dust off. Kinda disappointed in the way a few things were done but it is what is I will just fix it and try to get over it. Tomorrow supposed to be in the 60s so a good day to wash it up if I can locate the air valve.
  3. Congrats No matter if it was 60 x 100 it would never be big enough, at least this way you can store the trucks out of the weather.
  4. Not sure what the tone is you are talking about but since I have been a member couple three years I have not heard anything that was controversial, I volunteer maybe a couple times a month and there is a lot of work to do to keep the place organized. I am a chapter treasure, so far what I have seen locally is we have a hard time getting everyone to attend <<<we have 38 members and dues are $15 a year>>> the truck shows, but most are up there in age and not many younger guys. We do try and have good fellowship when we get together, just about every meeting we do a Breakfast or Lunch, that usually brings folks in but not always. The local chapter co-sponsors a few different events like a hog roast, Touch a Truck and the Midwest All Truck Nationals, with the Cat Club, Chevy Club and International Harvester Club. FYI The Three Trails Chapter is sponsoring an ATHS open house with a BBQ lunch in March.
  5. looking Good! That is not the same painter that did yours is it?
  6. I thought about that but there does not seem to be any performance issues except that it smokes at idle. According to the PO, one of his drivers tried to "turn it up" and they sent it to the shop to get the pump put back together, and since then it smoke at idle. Probably could use an adjustment on the pump pressure but I think first I will check the intake hoses to see if there is a hole or leak as it only happens under boost pressure. Start with the easy stuff and see what happens.
  7. this will encourage sex offenders and hurt tourism Pissing and public wanking what are they thinking liberalism without a sense of decency, wouldn't Porta potty on corners be a better option?
  8. I say old school flapper There are a lot of cool pictures of Generals with flappers
  9. Today I went and picked the truck up from the painters, have some stuff I need to fix, seems the high beams no longer work so I will have to see whats going on with that. The new headliner is in but the air horn doesnt work and they never hooked up the two new seats. Well now just need to have the sleeper painted so I can mount it. Hopefully that will take less time but I am not holding my breath. Pictures in the morning. I think the turbo will need replaced it seemed to make a hard whistle when crowding it. Maybe I am not used to it since I have not driven the truck in 7 months. It has a Cummins 400 seems that when I get around 12 to 15lbs of boost it makes whistles than jumps up to 25 to 30 if I let up a little on the throttle but hold steady on the rpms the turbo quiets and the boost drops back to 5 to 10 and hold steady, push down again and the turbo whistles hard and the boost jumps up to 25 to 30. At first I thought it might be the visor I added like when you crack a window but after realizing it was related to the throttle it was easy to duplicate.
  10. The ATHS made and released a "what we are" video
  11. Can you just chase the treads that are on it? Or have some made?
  12. If the US fixed the corporate tax rate there would be no incentive for large company's to move overseas. When you consider infrastructure, laws of ownership, resources and technology the US is hard to beat until you factor in tax rate. A company is supposed to gain market share and make a profit, as theses fluctuate innovation, technology, labor and taxes all drive the decision making. If a company is making a product that is peaked meaning it has reasonable labor rates, not much more can be done to innovate and tech has peaked, the only way to continue to make more money is in tax burdens and investments. Most large corporations can leave the US, leave a small logistics hub and import and never look back. An example is Apple, which has $100 billion sitting in Ireland. Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Canada all have low corporate tax rates and a so-called territorial tax system, in which foreign source income isn't taxed. So why should they not leave? What has the POTUS done to fix this for the US? Why would he not have done some thing about this, would it not help African Americans and Hispanics and other minorities? Instead he has done nothing but allowed more H-1B visa holders into the US to take jobs from Americans. http://www.nytimes.com/2016/01/26/us/lawsuit-claims-disney-colluded-to-replace-us-workers-with-immigrants.html?_r=0 So Hillary and Bernie are going to fix this? I doubt it, although they claim to help the poor and underprivileged what have they done to really help them other than give lip service.
  13. If the cab is wider than the hood will not fit unless it is modified. The side or kick panels on the cowl are longer/deeper than an R but I don't know how you could use those without widening the hood than you would have an issue with the grill
  14. kscarbel2 so you think her solution is the best? tax them when they are leaving instead of fixing the tax rate which would draw more company's to move here and preventing company's like Johnson Controls from leaving???
  15. Not been in a CH cab for awhile but what I can remember I didn't think they are much different size wise
  16. looks great. how come you did not make full fenders?

  18. What we're the problems with the Duramax I have 2006 3500 4x4 w/LBZ and other than the turbo issue which I belive was from new its been a pretty good truck. Heater vent fixed under recall and trans m is sion cooler lines under warranty
  19. Also add the corrosion additive since you don't have a coolant filter, you can get test strips and check it to make sure it has the right PH This explains it and the why- https://www.cumminsfiltration.com/pdfs/product_lit/asia_pacific_brochures/CFS-B0807.pdf
  20. Looks like Brand New!
