How do you know that it is discontinued if you don't know what it is? Make\model I would bet that a rebuild kit is available if you took a picture and posted it to get it identified. If you can't post a picture for us to respond intelligently and help you than save the electrons and just replace it with a new one

Take the inside door panel off window rolled down it should pull out enough to get something in there to unlatch the door. Once you get it open take the latch assembly out and figure out what is broken or unhooked.

That is just over $100 per tire I would look for something different for that kind of money you should be able to find at least 50% or better. Also look how old they are by the dot stamp code, if they are more than 6 years old I know some places around here check the age and don't want the casing for a recapping. Check the tread depth minimum 2/32nds for drives and 4/32 for steers dot specs. Maybe they have more tread than "25%"

Instead of posting opinion pieces why not post information that has facts based on what the actual US foreign policy and Rules Of Engagement are. You have been posting a lot of internet opt eds, that are written to provide support to your view that the US should not do anything in the middle east.
