  1. If it were me I'd buy a pistonless in frame kit from PAI you will get everything but new pistons last I checked they were around 1200 dollar it's cheaper than piecing out rings and all the gaskets individually. Get Joey Mack to come check block to see if counter bore needs cut and set liner protrusion. I'm going guess that your liner protrusion will be low I certainly would not put it back together without checking
  2. You will be going from a .60 overdrive to a .78 which will make it slower top end
  3. I don't know if this is true but I hear Pai has a better warranty covers parts and labor
  4. Are the offset cam keys available? Last time I checked they weren't available from Mack or PAI
  5. Where are you located blue DM
  6. A 460 will be an etech 454 were the inline pump engines

I didn't think the MP 7 came out till late 07 an 06 would be a E7 etech
  8. Have you checked for boost leaks?
  9. I'm going to say your parking brake valve is probably bad. That leaking hose is an exhaust
  10. Call Antrim Diesel out of Green Castle PA and talk too Phillip 717 597 7963 he make you a good recommendation
  11. The 380/410 program came on newer trucks than I'm running so I don't have any experience with it but the bigger injectors livened up the early etech My guess is they would help the newer one's also
  12. Can you look at the 12ms part numbers on the 2 ecm's and see if they are the same?
  13. You could have 355/380 hp program put in ecm and gain 100 lbs of torque 400 has 1460lbs and 355 has 1560lbs
  14. Offset cam key might be hard to find. I had some trouble finding the last one I bought
  15. Starter may be dragging and pulling to much voltage to let ecm fire
  16. I was always told they were the same
  17. I'd take a 355/380 maxicruise any day over a 460 . I put about a million and half miles on 1. Not sure what year they started the maxicruise I know for sure some 97 vmac 2's were made
  18. Does the rearend have the bracket for one?
  19. Probably not green blood with that red tractor in the back ground
  20. 918 is an Oklahoma number. I believe in the past he has said he was from the Tulsa area
  21. I don't have any experience on this but I here otr preformance is good
  22. I think the early e7 is thicker where stud goes through the manifold than the later e7 so yours may need longer studs
  23. I have a 12ms45m4 off of a 94 ch613 vmac 1 I don't know if they would be interchangeable or not maybe the Heinz or someone else could tell us
  24. UAW was probably no more disappointed in Volvo than Volvo was in UAW when they were striking against them for more money. Maybe they should of thought what might happen when they were on strike
  25. 99. 355/380
