    Yep. We just went to a derby on friday that had '70's or older but no Imps. The one next week is allowing Imperials though, and there will probably be 5 or 6 of them there. But not my dad's car. Never. Ben

    I don't know, but anytime I go anywhere, 90% of the trucks I see broken down on the side of the road are Freightshakers with 4 stroke Detroits. But that's just what I've observed. Ben

    I would say so, Uncle Rob. But I've never seen a Volvo with a Detroit, I don't thing they were smart enough to put one in. Ben

    Those are actually the wheels we're putting on it. We're getting the 18 inch ones though, those 20's look kind of hokey. We put the 18 inch version on my dad's '71 Monte Carlo and they look awesome. Ben

    No, no, no, you guys are all wrong. Some trucks have bent sticks, hard seats, armstrong steering or two sticks. But REAL TRUCKS HAVE TWO STROKES!!!!! Ben

    Yea, it has a good, strong 413. The '64 to '66's have full boxed frames front to back. The '67 to 75? (something like that) are unibody cars with really strong front sub-frames (known as "Noser" or "Hammerehead" Imp's) Someday, I want to build an Imperial with a 5.9 Cummins. That will be awesome. But this one is going to be pretty stock except for the 18 inch wheels we're putting on it. Ben

    Yes, yes it is one of the best demo derby cars around. If my dad wouldn't have bought it, his buddy would have, and derbied it. But my dad won't. It's just a driver. My dad has derbied just about 200 1971-'76 Chevy station wagons though. He did it for 27 years, and ran against a lot of Imperials too. Ben

    Yea, it's a mopar: It's a 1964 Chrysler Imperial. Something my dad always wants. He's had a few over the years, they're cool. Needs a little TLC, but it's neat. Runs and drives. Ben

    I'm really sad. I didn't get to do anything fun today. All I did was work on building a goat shelter. No fireworks, no friends, no relatives, nothing. But ohh well, I'll be alright. I'm listening to this over and over again: Ben

    You are absolutely right, Uncle Rob. I'm very fortunate that my father cares enough to teach me the important things in life that other kids my age miss out on. There's also no better program than 4-H and Boy Scouts for teenagers to learn from. Ben
