    We keep having issues on 2012 Volvo d13 engines with Nox sensors doser valve and def pumps that's will d rate the truck to 5 mph. We had another one today $2000 repair. We know some guys that disconnected tegr cooler and whole urea and SCR system and running better fuel mileage and liess issues.

    Ok here is where I need your guys advice. I'm currently looking at a 2009 rawhide chu613 with 490k miles. It's equipped with a ultra shift trans and a MP8. I have had bad luck with my four 2012 Volvo D13 with injectors and cups and EGR and dpf equipment. So how reliable is the MP8 and looks like non DEF equipped but has DPF.

    Obama is the worst president I know. I know I care more about America than he does ( I wasn't born in the USA but it's my home I love) Look at his position no salute not taking care of the vets and worst case making a deal with Iran that hate us . On top of that he puts all businesses in a financial tail spin with Obama care and no stopping the EPA. Keep going and we all are fu...king broke.

    MH Fred I truly regret the sale of my MH. With only 5.2 MPG it was still cheaper to run than the new trucks. However the 5mph derate is bull. Europe also wants cleaner trucks and forced in the Nederland to have companies to have a tier 4 or they can't go in to the port of Rotterdam. Why we got the 5mph derate is to me absolute mind bugling. It creates a scary situation on the road for accidents. I do now why VW did what they did its mind bugling what needs to reach and I agree with them it's out of control with these green idiots. Only way for to make it is cheating the system and get writ of the after treatment system😡.

    I hope that the new president kill the EPA so we cut the crap on derating to 5 MPH if that DEFsystem fails. In europe the system will derate the horse power but you can still drive the legal speed limit. Here i have again a truck derated for a faulty nox sensor witch cost me $$900 to tow plus repair. Im going to disconect the crap can deal with it no more!!
