  1. I remember in the early 80's going to the Bronx zoo with family and passing by a Datsun 280z that broke down (overheated) on the Cross Bronx. When we went back home that little Z was just a carcass. We had a 75 Z so I felt sorry for the guy. Traffic sucks all around NYC. I had to go to Massapequa last week to drop off a 69 GTO I sold and brought back a 56 Chevy Nomad. Took 2 hours to go from exit 28 on the LIE thru the BQE the Gowanus and into Staten Island. Did 5 mph the whole time. And it cost $122 to cross two damn bridges in the dually with our enclosed trailer. $75 if you run 5 axles. Freaken insane!
  2. Welcome. I'd love to see any rollbacks or wreckers you get in
  3. A little out of my budget at this time. I just have to wait until I get more saved up. I really want to do a B rollback but these R's are awesome. There was a really clean one on eBay a couple months ago with super nice blue paint, aluminum wheels, really well kept with an asking price of $15k or best offer. I'd have to paint this thing. I am not feeling the yellow.
  4. AC unit is a must have down there. Prob get some some good frost with that big sucker on a small cab.
  5. I like that white magnum. Really stands out. I don't know anything about them but I do know what I like when I see it.
  6. I wold love o dig up the stutz and rescue it
  7. What do you mean the Stutz is buried? That car is worth a good buck. As for grandmas ride, it's very hard to determine what it is just because many of the cars if the era have a similar style. Could be a Cadillac, could be an Orient, could be many things. Most likely that car is from 1905 or 1906. 1909 manufactures were getting away from the horseless carriage look. The most important clue is its left hand drive. Most vehicles of that time were right hand. Give me a few days and ill come up with something.
  8. I like the factory look better. Those PW are awesome and looks like you did a great job restoring that one.
  9. Doug, I thought I have seen a white Superliner Magnum at Macungie. Unless they just stuck the decals on it. I know it was parked with the others.
  10. Lol, I think I lean towards troppo. I catch a few new words everything I talk to an Aussie a work so I finally got a chance to throw a bunch of them together here. Of course my favorite Oz pick up line to score a chick - Oy, would ya like a punch in the undies?
  11. That was on eBay a while ago. Same location but I don't remember the windshield being broken last time. That needs to be saved.
  12. Congrats! Let me know what kind of trailer you pick up. If you are hauling cars, I can get you some loads.
  13. Oy mate! Welcome to the site. There are some starkers & nongs on here but don't chuck a wobbly it's all chinwag.
  14. I said the same thing and went on progressive just to see what they said for him. That came in at $71,000 a year. I nearly collapsed when I had seen that. When Tom told me $65,000 I though that was BS then I checked for myself and sure as heck he was right. If any of you have a good ins guy, send him a message with their info so he can shop around. I hate to see the IH go. That's a great looking truck.
  15. Wow I am in love. Is that a Holmes 600 on the back? I can't read it.
  16. No pictures of the front seat or back of the truck without the trailer.
  17. Www.futureclassicsnj.com is my dealership Vlad. Check it out, especially the sold cars section. I probably have 600 cars with full pictures listed there for some American Muscle porn.
  18. I've seen them from $2500-4500. I found one recently as a flatbed tow truck with a 6v53 5+2 in it for $2500. I like those things. Real beefy using.
  19. That's a knucklehead Harley, Prob a 46 or 47.
