    You should have 2 nox sensors , pre and post dpf filter. Really without dealership software you cannot fix emissions issues for the most part. Good luck.

    There is a book of issues that can cause nox sensor codes , if its still under warrenty take it to the dealership . The nox sensors are not easy to test or confirm defective or good.

    Sounds like something got melted together , take a look behind the headlite dash panel and follow headlite wires back to first big connection or hood harness pivot points.

    Windrock truck parts has a rebuilt e6 4 valve 350 with engine brake for sale and a e6 2 valve 300 that's fresh also.

    Do the lites go out when the park brake valve is pulled out and fuse 16 is in ?

    Day time running lite switch actives headlites anytime parking brake is released and fuse 16 is in.

    Key was rolled sideways and keyway had bin dug out 1/4 in both directions

    I have had a cam gear come loose on a cam shaft before that caused low power and popish threw intake before . The keyway had sheared off and the gear was moving back and forth a 1/4 in or more.

    Would not work on a older truck , needs to be v-macIII or newer 97-98 newer . this needs a computer to monitor and run correctly. But there is a two stage air on off fan that would work very well for you.And no the electronic fan will not completely disengage .

    electronic viscous has solenoid in fan that opens or closes to allow fluid to slowly couple the fan at different % rates also has hall effect sensor inside to determine rpm of fan.

    Nice pics , I use to live out there in MT little town called Colstrip . Lots of good hunting and fishing out there,bin to Lewistown many times remember snowmobiling down main street on Christmas one year.

    Had a 85 dodge 3/4 ton 4door long bed 360 4 speed ....The best truck I have ever owned , could pull anything anywhere no problem Dam good truck. ITS NOT JUST A DODGE ITS A ATTITUDE !!!!!

    If the ECM wasn't sending a good signal to your econovance your engine timing would not work correctly , so yes

    How did you install sensor? TEM sensor goes all the way in till it bottoms out and then tighten jam nut 5ft lbs. Sound like module is toast.
