  1. Need to do a oil sample first and find out if oil is thin because of coolant or fuel or just a electrical issue . You may have 2 issues here , fuel in oil is the most common problem in the oil. If it is coolant you will also need to inspect main and rod bearings ,coolant in oil acts like sand in the oil and eats bearings.
  2. Have had many fuel rail end plug leak. You can usually see a wet spot around edge of front timing cover but not always . Make certain it's not the supply pump shaft seal these fail often also causing fuel in oil, good luck.
  3. And for some reason when u post from your. I phone it turns the pics sideways? Have no idea y
  4. Check connection at pump , bulkhead and FIC module . Pins 3 and 4 at injection pump main connection is your speed signal wires you can check resistance across both should b 800-1400 ohms if not problem is in pump pin 3 is your + line and 4 is-

  7. From engine to were eecu talks to vecu, gauge cluster mod, abs, dpf ,trans, If you want to read codes there is a heavy duty obd2 truck reader out there . This will only give you enough info to get in trouble . Best bet is to take it to the dealership.
  8. I would think it was a dealership or corporate thing like a 10 -20 year anaiversey or sell the most trucks something like that.
  9. Welcome to BMT nice ring, never seen one like that before .
  10. Pressure check the egr cooler , could be putting exhaust pressure into cooling system.
  11. Sounds like fuel psi issue to me , unit pumps do fail are the steel covers over the unit pumps ? The unit pumps do not like heat. Supplypump could be a issue the gear is bad about slipping on the shaft causing low fuel psi and the return check valve can get hung with debris sometimes. And of course keep it simple check the fuel tanks for debris fuel cap chains rags plastic bags , found the whole end of a fuel dispense nozzle in bottom of tank once.
  12. Yup turbo parts your good roll on.
  13. connection is lower left side dash panel either obd2 or heavy truck 9 pin.
  14. What type of device are you trying to use . Only Mack software will work with 2013 obd2 setup at this time.

  18. Ok , Iam building a race truck to run in the chump truck series next year we are starting with a 85 R value liner single axle 162 in wheel base . Will be selling anything not needed to race with have 2 round fuel tanks and straps complete A/C system interior seats etc. also have tandam axle mack rears with 4.17 gears spoke wheels . Would also like to sell or trade my wedge trailer for 30ft goose neck . Waiting on chump trucks to finalize the rules so I can start building the roll cage etc,
  19. Places to check after oil sample confirms fuel in oil, unit pump O-rings , supply fuel pump the shaft seal lets go some times, end of fuel rail block plug behind front cover . have seen power steering pump shaft seal let go also but you would notice this if you checked powersteering fluid level. And if its coolant leaking most likey piston liner to counter bore or core plugs in head. If the oil cooler was leaking you would have oil in coolant because oil psi is greater then coolant psi. Do oil sample first only costs couple bucks and is money well spent
  20. This is a very nice once in a lifetime find if it does sell I hope someone here at BMT gets it.
