    Lets fix it whats wrong with the engine if it was all rebuilt theres new parts there just needs a little loving, if crankshaft has surface rust you can polish it in the truck no big problem could probably build that engine in the field and drive it home.

    A heathy mechnical 350 has no problem running down a stock etec 427

    The oil in the valve train issue could be worn rockershaft bushings clogged oil bleed hole on rockers .

    I like it, sounds good plenty of boost looked like pyro temp was up a little . With the boost at 30 that engine should be making plenty of power for ya.

    When you say dry do you mean lack of oil ? and yes harmonic balancer its job is to absorb vibrations that the engine creates to keep everything running smooth ,

    Sounds to me like a slight miss if it was me I would bring the engine rpm up to 1100 were the miss is the most noticable with the hand throttle then loosen up the injector line at the injection pump one at a time to see what cylinder has the miss .

    If the clutch could be out of balance also missing springs broken or cracked center plate , try running the rpm,s up like you did in the video but with the clutch pedal pushed in and see if that makes any differance.

    Did you rebuid or replace the injectors?

    You have a balancer its rite behind your belt pully

    As far as the balancer in concerned take it off and run engine without it to see if makes a differance sometimes when they go bad the balancer temp will be high check for dents in it ding marks
