  1. Intake heater grid open cicuit.
  2. Have seen this had fuse socket holder pins loose make sure all fuses are tight most likely power for ecu in the kick panel below fuse panel have also seen the wires rub under dash above ecu .
  3. Sounds like you have a injector down have your tech do a cylinder cut out test with laptop while on test drive under load one at a time and the cylinder not changing/no differance will be the issue. This has been the only way I have been able to pin piont these problem . When it acts up does it feel like the driveline is out of balance ?
  4. Can check fuel overflow valve in the block between unit pumps 4&5 has return fuel line attached to it has a spring loaded valve in it , if its stuck open at all it will let fuel return to fuel tank .
  5. what year MR ?
  6. Need to make sure you have fuel psi while cranking the fuel supply pumps do fail also need to make sure ecu connection is clean the low coolant sensor is bad about leaking coolant into wire harness which then follows down into the engine ecu somtimes cause a no start issue but I would put my money on it being a fuel psi issue. When the pumps fail its the gear that winds up slipping on the shaft .
  7. O-rings on the injectors need to be replaced bypassing o-rings and following out fuel line cavity.
  8. Only one coolant hose from heater core attaches to coolant manifold second line from heater core attaches to lower steal surge line that goes up to coolant overflow tank the other coolant fitting on cooant manifold goes to raycore fuel heater out of heater and back to lower steel surge line .. Looks like both your heater core lines are attached to water manifold from angle I see and if it is this why no heat same water psi on both lines no flow.
  9. Alright the Y pipe coolant hose that attaches to the bottom of your oil cooler has a filter screen in it and is most likely blocked most of the time if I had one apart I would toss the filter screen .
  10. Had a engine brake solinoid once that wasnt screwed in all the way and was bypassing causing engine brake to hit slightly
  11. Thank you everyone
  12. Going to Brentwood to look at some B parts tommaro will let you Know what I find unless you got time to go .
  13. Iam only at BMT Veteran VIP here now , how do I get to idiot status ?
  14. Have info you need but cannot get to it till late tommaro or tuesday and you will need a thin peice of metal to slide out from between each head because of the o-rings have built these engines before they are differant from most .
  15. No some of the guys at headquarters are real good at what they do, key word some but I do like to give them headaches sometimes like if they give me dumb answer I will play the idiot card
  16. Take a pic let me figure it out for ya
  17. No the guy you were with was Bryan he,s new . We will make a good tech out of him he a good guy.
  18. Shows how weak there frame rails are that they twist that much Mack would just stand and pull and get the job done.
  19. That had a a/c 460 in it E-tec
  20. If it was powersteering it shouldnt lose oil psi because powersteering uses engine oil on the older trucks.
  21. Can you tell were the heater hoses are attached on engine ,for some reason you are not getting coolant flow so it seems.
  22. Sorry now I see the year in the title have seen the lift pump on these go letting fuel into oil .
  23. What year is this the e-tec engines had issues with the fuel supply pump shaft seal blowning out and pouring fuel into oilpan also there is a fuel galley plug behind front cover that gets loose and leaks fuel also sometimes.
  24. dont know they had steel wheels and looked cool
  25. He also had a couple old farmtractors that would we cool too
