  4. I finally got a installer tool but like you I'm cheap too ๐Ÿ˜and waited til I got a deal. I used to use a piece of hardwood. Kept it in my tool box
  5. Can't help you on turbo swap but interested to know what you had done to turn pump up.
  6. You have quite a ambitious project ahead of you but by pics it looks solid. Axle shafts may have been removed if it was towed instead of pulling driveshaft. Good luck and ask as many questions as you need. Don't feel dumb asking it's great your interested in old Mack's just like the rest of us here.

  9. Thanks bbigrig he never did see me again about truck so I put it back to work again. So far I'm glad I kept it. Its a good running truck the crew at Mack must have been having a good day when they built it.

  11. Drove a tandem paystar dump truck one winter with a Detroit. What a brute of a truck. They were definitely built to work. Interesting seeing one with a tilt hood I think I've only seen butterfly hoods

  13. Too bad it looks like it went over easy. Hopefully not too much damage. That looks like a side dump trailer. I've never saw one where I'm from in Ontario Canada. Everyone here is running belt unloader trailers. Not even many dump trailers anymore

  20. Great story thanks for sharing. That red and white IH in the first set of pics is same paint scheme as a company out of Quebec. I just can't remember name. Possibly was from there originally
