I m glad some one else is catching on. This has been a thing that the radio talk show guys on fox has been talking about for three years.This if left along will cause America to stop working and then will go broke.

And to add what has been stated the main brg caps need the struts installed from the cabs to the block. This will help the bottom end.4000.00 is too much cause he is only going bto recalubrated the pump and injectors.And what he said about the rods.

I have a bad left knee so what I did was install a air cyl by a pull chain controlled by air small push button type air valve on the stick and a pilot valve to the cyl.The air supply goes thru a regulator fist and I have it set to were it will only take aa few lbs of foot force to push it down. Then when down you release the button and let the clutch out with your foot. When I got use to it its as natural as putting my foot on the clutch.This is a superliner with a easy pedtal clutch also but hard to push.I have a CH and its not that hard to push.

When I was a ever day working mechanic and a truck came in the shop with that hard wood floor in it no one wanted to work on it. One reason that is is if the the trans had to come out of it.I saw a KW in the shop one day with red woor flooring in it and it was not even pretty.The trans need rebuilt and rear of engine resealed.This guy had it screw down to were it would take half a day to get the shifter out.That is what runs the labor cost up in the shops.He could not see why it was not a standard labor cost. -
To look for a shorted circuit under the valve cover unplug the wire to the head and with a jumper wire one end connected to the pos side of the battery and use the other end of the jumper lead to tough the connector going into the head. If there is short inside of the head you will have smoke and the wire will burn into before you can drop it. This is called the smoke test. It you have just a small sparkle then sounds to be ok but if no sparkle then its a open circuit.

Rick now have the B model on display at the store and no photos will tell the detail that he has put into this project.I watch it as it was restored and only thing I see wrong with it is its not mine.

You have to find out if two valve or four valve to know what model jake.The four will have alumin valve covers.

Well my superliner was not so good until I set a red dot condenser on top of the cab.The problem with the superliner 2 was that the fan did not pull enough air thru the condenser on the front when sitting at idle.There is no positive sealing around the rad or air/air cooler so that should have been designed different.

Trade it for a CH. They have a better heater and A/C

My truck is a dump truck and grease the trunion ever week and all others ever two weeks. The grease is cheaper than the trunion and bushings

a way to check that is pull wires off of coolant level sensor and install jumper wire on the wires to the ecm and that will tell you if the sensor is bad and that is saying your level is above the sensor.If it still dies ten get some one to read your codes.

I had a sound under my hood when I started it one morning before daylight that sound like a siren.I looked down and seen that my alter had stop charging so I shut it off but the sound was still there and now I know its under the hood. I get my light out and raise the hood and out jumped half of a tom cat. The other half was under the belts and they had jumped the pulleys.That old cat crawled off down to the creek before he stopped whining.

I was at best buy wed before last wed and there was a tent set up their.About ever day on the news they interviewed him for some reason and he has been there ever day so I guess he can go home soon.I guess it would be funny if he gets home and some other guy has moved in.

Your right about the jakes.Mine works better if you open both doors and hold them all the way open.

I just installed a mechanical E 7 in my truck and a little timing and fuel work a 400 cummins will work its self hard to stay with this. Cant say about the fuel burn but seems like the 350 E 6 so far.I timed it like it should be at 9 degrees and it was a fuel pig but I have it at 18 degrees now and its all I can do to push the pro to 800.
