  1. Fuel pressure at 7th? Just throwing it out there! Not a guru by any stretch!
  2. Egr diff sensor ? Venturi ports clogged?
  3. Yup I find it hard to believe there are no parts available ! P71 is a very popular pump!
  4. Is the pump shop a Bosch dealer!? Is it vmac?
  5. 1 got the fuel pump rebuilt. Wilkinson diesel in Regina did it. Truck is running way better now. Still blubbers a bit on start up. We replaced the econoadvance spring and seals before installing the rebuilt pump. It still blubbers a bit on start up, which it always has since I bought it. the local dealership wouldn’t give me the timing procedure tech sheets just a rough idea how to set timing. also where does a guy look for body parts for an old CH600? I want to change the fender behind the steering wheels and get rid of the fairing that goes back. I think a stainless visor would look cool too but I don’t know where to look! It still blubbers a bit on start up, and thats how it works Soon as the oil pressure comes up it advances by way of the econovance which you rebuilt good job by the way ! Where did you find the parts for the econovance ????
  6. make sure your Air pressure is above cut in pressure 90 or so ! Put the stick in a gear if when you pull the stick into neutral the air shift operate the shuttle is not the issue! it also sounds as thou the split is the issue ! Im not positive on this but on the older thirteen speeds there was an insert valve on the piston maybe check to see if this has the same if so its an easy change!
  7. Good question ! Also an extra gasket may help! It may be bottoming the pump plunger!
  8. Did you replace with the one piece gasket? Or the strip gasket! The one peice is best your torque is not the issue ! All surfaces Must be clean and dri!

  13. tighten the tube to the turbo first install and loosely gotighten the tube to the block let it find its own center then tighten it! I also suggest using an extra oring above the captured oring and filling the top with scone BUT you needto let the silicone SET Do it on a day when the engine does not have to run! The idea here is you want everything to find it’s natural position!
  14. Bro end play or not I've seen these fail they can feel fine yet leak exhast gasses under load! Just sayin!

  16. Is it steady or is it puffing!? I have also seen valve guides do this However you said this came on all of a sudden so kind of rules that out!
  17. Ooooh ugly ! Well I think thats a turbo issue how ever you need to try all the cheap and easy stuff! ! Are you seeing any blow by ?
  18. Agree with this ! Try this first also! tighten the tube to the turbo first install and loosely tighten the tube to the block let it find its own center then tighten it! I also suggest using an extra oring above the captured oring and filling the top with scone BUT you need to let the silicone SET Do it on a day when the engine does not have to run! If it fails again the you may want to try a turbo!
