  7. Here is a bit of an off the wall thing to try ! Bypass your air drier temporarily and see if the issue goes away! I have seen air driers dump boost before! Just sayin!
  8. A long screw driver and a hammer works my advice free up those nutโ€™s before you install it!
  9. Yup itโ€™s known as a lipe clutch here should work
  10. Note they must take off the same amount from the mounting flange as they take off of the surface To have the clutch operate properly! thread locker on the bolts 180 ftp pressure plate not sure 15-20 maybe ! 3/8 ratchet tight!
  11. Long as the clutch lever is unppined it should pull back fine!lot easier to free up that arm adjustment with the transmission on the ground note when ordering the clutch order a pilot bearing the clutch wonโ€™t come with one!
  12. I have never seen anything but a two inch input on T series trans ! Correct me if im wrong! That said a block of wood and a hydraulic jack under the engine housing will work and your forklift or one arm Swede to hang the transmission! The intermediate plate dowels can be re used if not worn to bad! Hopefully itโ€™s an organic clutch the flywheel may not need surfacing!

  15. Search this on this site! Need help. How to install 14" two disc clutch? Judging by how close the thow out bearing is to the housing the the clutch is done! Unless you can wind the inner ring some more?

  17. Bro take the cover off the bottom and take a few pics from different angles! My guess it will be a 14 inch
  18. Also to note just because the cable feels fine in load every thing changes during use!
  19. K if the arm is stiff the cross shafts likely need freeing up and re greased! If you got that gap there is no need to adjust the clutch! That rigging o the arm can be a bitch to free up as well! Specialty after 40 or so years!๐Ÿ˜‚

  22. Nate How much gap do you have between the clutch brake and the clutch brake inside !should have 13 mm to 14 mm or 1/2 inch to 9/16! If you got that then its set correctly And the cross shafts could be sticking Or the clutch is simply done! Remove the pin from the clevice and move the arm is it stiff! should be floppy!
  23. So you need to turn the ring on the inside! Under the cover on the bottom!
