  1. I know on my 89 the model is an RW753 so the 753 on mine relates to the engine that's in it which is a 425hp Cat Jack
  2. Sharp looking truck, very nice job on it. Jack
  3. Any time I have moved equipment, I loaded it, secured it and unloaded it, First off it was my job to do that, second I am not going to trust anyone to move a piece of equipment on and off my trailer. The driver should have never sat in the truck and not been there. If that happened to me I would have been in search of a new job that day.
  4. I thought the same thing when I looked at it, the big grill with the trim package.
  5. It was a nice day, my first time taking my truck out there I think there where over a 100 trucks there and the best part was I won the raffle for the free diesel fuel, so got my truck filled up again for the 90 mile ride home.
  6. Some pictures from the Truck show this past Sunday in Deerfield.
  7. Haybag sent you a message with info. These are the trucks he lettered and stripped for us.
  8. Thx for the info on the lights, I found a set the Perlux 200's on line and ordered them,,,,,,,,,,Jack
  9. I am looking to find the name of the company that made the original Driving lamps in my bumper, the round ones with the built in deflectors in the lenses. The name is escaping me,,,,sign of my getting older. Thx Jack
  10. Would anyone have a copy of the new Bulldog Magazine they would part with, I was told there is a picture with my fathers B-61 that is at the museum, I would love to give him a copy of it. Thanks if anyone has a copy,,,,,,Jack
  11. Well if anyone has a Superliner with two box's, I have a Mack seal kit #6990HFB520000 they are welcome too, this fits passenger side box. Jack
  12. Does your truck have one box or two and if it does which box is leaking, I have a rebuild seal kit from Mack that I never used on my truck, it was from the passenger side, I had to replace both my steering box's, the driver side was just worn out so I replaced it with one from Mack and the other side was leaking, we opened it up and the outer seal just had to much of a wear grove under it that new seals would of leaked sooner or later so we replaced it aswell. So if you need a kit I have one. Jack
  13. I took mine from 6" straights back to factory original 5" with muffler, it looks much better with mufflers and quieter.
  14. I believe it would depend on the motor in the truck, mine are 5" from the turbo and mine is a 425hp Cat.
  15. This ours with the straight pipe, has the 673C in it
  16. They are louder, ours is turbo so noise is that nice bark, I would try it and see what you think.
  17. That is an impressive amount. Wonder if a collector bought it.
  18. A friend told me that he believed that at the Mack Legend they had sold for over a $100,000 dollars at auction. Would anyone know if that was true, I don't have an account at Richie to go on line and see auction history. Jack
  19. I don't feel Bigdogtrucker that I was INSANE to pay that, the prices I got at body shops that do trucks and that included Coastal in NH that was in line with others and I was really insane then to spend $20,000 on the B-model, You get what you pay for. R686st that price you got I would grab for all that work and they have a good reputation I would do it, also both our trucks where painted in single stage PPG Mack Red
  20. I painted the frame on my Superliner last fall, I paid $5,000 to have the frame sandblasted, headboard, deckplates, 5th wheel and fender brackets and repairs to the passenger door.
  21. That Sweet B-61 maybe going up for sale soon.
  22. Got my harness for our B-61 from Watts, they had someone who made them up, they did a real nice job look very original with modern connections on it and reasonable price. The installation was very straight forward came with nice scematics
  23. The truck was plugged in all winter as cheap insurance that all was well under the hood. keeps the oil warm, and all other fluids, under that cover the heat from the block heater was warm enough to melt the snow on the cover where it was against the cover on the hood and cab. I dug the truck out today and uncovered it and started it up for the first time since 2nd week of December, that Cat fired off on the first crank,,,thats why I leave it plugged in. Jack
  24. Atleast your Dog is inside, my girl is out in the cold, undercover and plugged in. I plan on uncovering her and starting her up this week not going to take her out on roads though to much salt on them.,,,,,,,Jack
