  1. Yeah the power steering pump is mounted on the back of the air compressor. I believe there are 2 different size filters and you'd have to find out which of the 2 it is.
  2. I heard of a guy who used it in a brand new CAT. Caterpillar ended up replacing the engine a couple times because they couldn't figure out why the motor was screwing it up but finally it was the coolant he was using in the motor.
  3. Rhode Island DOT trucks. 12R24.5 rubber on 58k rears.
  4. Some more of the V12 and then a 318 and then the 290 cummins
  5. Moved some stuff for a friend yesterday U360 powered by a V12 Detroit
  6. I would avoid waterbury at rush hour. Thats worse. A parking lot for a couple miles
  7. We'll be there. Maybe with a superliner. Wont know until tomorrow night.
  8. Waterbury is the worst. 4 lanes down to 2
  9. Hes probably talking about the other C-model. Short stub nosed one.
  10. One of the many antiques in the Plunske fleet pulling a NEMF tractor
  11. We use our KW dealer for anything to big for us to handle on our own since we have dont have nice fancy lifts and all that stuff. Its pretty sad whn you go there and theres a bunch of new Macks getting worked on cause our big mack dealer in the state dont have a clue what they're doing. The family owned mack dealer on the other hand does very good work. Says something dont it.....
  12. You dont have to good of luck with that Vovlo...at least its not one of the macks. Good reason why we stay far away form truckstops and only bring the trucks there to get washed. What did the driver say?
  13. My dad talked to each guy there and one of them was trying to be nice but was an old timer from the original mack and was like yeah its not like it use to be for sure. He also complained to each one about the poor build quality of our only new truck we bought and probably will ever buy. I was impressed by the factory though. Their painting operation is impressive. Anyway a biofuel company in New Haven who is from NY has 2 new sharp looking granite tractors pulling tankers. Green and white with multiple stripes. Ill try to get a picture next time im down there.
  14. Wonder if its like the CL firetruck thats around. I forgot which manufacturer built it but they made a Cl into a firetruck using their cab and putting mack on it. Had a E7-427 in it. They ended up getting sued by mack.
  15. What a surprise. Volvo pushing their weight around. The guy at mack told us in June while at the factory mack could build us any truck we wanted spec'd any way. I started laughing.
  16. Its actually in pretty good shape. I was surprised to see the inside of the cab clean. By the way James, do you own your own company or work for somebody as i see you post a lot about the 395/95 area
