  1. Moving some equipment for snow removal earlier today.
  2. Should have a peacock on the bottom of the pipe going from the motor to tank. If those are the same as the newer trucks ive worked on its going to be right over the front axle in a place that you cant get a bucket.
  3. your going to want to have the appropriate mix of water and antifreeze in the system. your better off draining it all and then mixing to the desired temperature range.
  4. All I know is it has 14:24 rubber, walking I Beams, a 100 ton 5th wheel and 50 ton winch and we are trying to figure out the permitting required to move it over the road as its almost 10 feet wide
  5. i will when we get the truck back to our yard. Hes moving some stuff around and were letting him put it at our place for a while
  6. Oh ok because a friend of mine owns DM865SX1003 and asked me to ask
  7. That the truck that McDevitt had for sale?
  8. Snowin good here finally. Got the trucks out working for once
  9. Check carrier bearing, and u-joints. may look and feel tight but still be bad
  10. The driver broke the rear of the frame off behind the trunnion. i think he was grossing out somewhere up 80-90K
  11. I agree with fullfuel. Why fix if not broke. Good for fire trucks but not the public in my opinion. The shorter stopping time just means to a new steering wheel holder "ooh, i can drive faster and follow cars closer now!" and didn't they try disc brakes before and they failed in the market?
