  1. Nice truck. Would you consider selling it when your done? I know someone interested in it and they have the truck 40 numbers before that
  2. buy it before it meets the scrapper this week
  3. i forgot to mention a brand new cab too.
  4. This one is heading to the scrap yard some time this week. Rebuilt motor with a 10+4 tranny combo on camelback
  5. While were on the topic of old trucking companys, Does anybody remember Lopez Trucking out of Rhode Island or Massachuesetts. They had all Brockways with V12s and they hauled flatbeds up and down 95.
  6. I agree with you on that. They put restrictions on it this year for pickup trucks and keeping them out of the pit but all the KWs and Petes are still there. and not enough macks.
  7. Someone please correct me if im wrong but didn't mack put special pistons and liners, etc. to be used in these engines specifically because they idled majority of the time and were not running up and down the highway all day.
  8. Im with Vinny and fxfymn on this one. And Wenham, Mass is a long drive from here to there i could only imagine going from there all the way to WV.
  9. Well i guess it only plowed the road that went through the facility. The 980 CAT did everything else at the Textron Plant. And supposedly was kept clean from salt. It was hosed down after every use and kept in the building from the elements.
  10. Shouldn't of bought the trucks then. The guy probably would have let them go cheaper because he wanted them to go to a GOOD home NOT for scrap.
  11. Heres the 72. Working on getting a pic of the '68 but i am told its solid.
  12. A guy here had a couple old Bs and the bumpers were perfect so we ask the kid if we could buy one guess what he does......pushes the trucks with a bulldozer and bends the bumpers. Thats some logic there.
