    I use an eraser wheel in my drill and it takes off everything, you can get one at napa, bodyshops use them to remove stripes.

    Nice r model, i. Would use stainless straps and top and paint the housing the same color as the cab//hood.

    Driverside tank was replaced with a kw tank and then someone sprayed them all with cheap chrome spray paint, nothing I can't remove though.

    Here is a pic of a superdog I am going to re-do for a freind, 350, 13sp,spokes on rear,wet-line. He may want to sell it depending on my price to paint it and fix up.

    Thanks for the reply, always wondered about that scoop, I knew the tip turbine used the dual element, so the scoop was used on the early models?
