  1. I took a lot of pictures, but unfortunately my camera says "battery exhausted". So, I won't be able to take any more. I used it up when I set it on "burst" when I was passing by the truck bone yard in Moriarty that Brocky was talking about. I just held the button down all the way by there. Here's a few crappy pictures that I took with my phone- it's a great phone, not so much as a camera. It's an old Motorola flip phone. Entering New Mexico- Sun coming up this morning- Something or other- I unloaded yesterday morning in Bernalillo and went about 20 miles south to pick up the load going to Hagerstown. I was in position to get loaded and they said the load was cancelled- Ain't this a bitch! So I pulled out in the street and sat there about 5 1/2 hours until they found another load- loading right there at the same place. This one is going to Columbus, so that will put me right over close to Sharon or Pittsburgh so I can get a load of coils Thursday or Friday and get back to Lynchburg. I'm someplace in Missouri now- I only got to Tucumcari last night, but I covered some ground today, about 740 miles. I'm in St. Robert,Missouri, that's where i'm is.
  2. I sampled this BBQ sauce and bought a couple of bottles. It was good, but nothing spectacular. Because there are so many different brands of barbecue sauce now- they're all pretty much the same, except for some slight differences.
  3. I've only seen a few wimmins in cars, they've all been going too fast to get a picture.
  4. I was hoping to make it to Amarillo yesterday, but I was about an hour away when I ran out of time. I wanted to stop at the Big Texan, but I had to settle for a burger and fries in McLean,Texas- good burger though. I wouldn't even attempt the 72 ouncer at the Big Texan, but about a 16 ounce ribeye would have been no problem. I knocked out 731 miles yesterday.
  5. Oh. And thank you, thank you very much.
  6. I'm going to take 460 to 81 to 40- and go west!
  7. Nothing yet, dispatcher Wayne is working on it though. He found a load to Chicago but turned it down because it only paid $1.25 a mile. He said he was working on a load from somewhere in Arizona to Richmond that paid $1.50 a mile, i'd take that.
  8. Wow, that's a new one on me, and I thought i'd seen it all.
  9. OK, I got nuthin'. I went to Lynchburg Monday morning and got a load of pipes going to Falmouth, Va. Here's the pictures...a golden field from the bridge on rt. 295 between Richmond and Petersburg. I don't know what it is, but it's pretty. OK, moving on, then I went to Petersburg and got a load of beams going to Federalsburg, Md. I saw a girl with a nice ass coming from the mail box along the way- and more golden fields. I saw a nice B model on rt. 301 in Md. too. I was too late to grab a picture, but I found it on Google Earth. Then I went back to Petersburg and loaded a load going to New Mexico that delivers Monday, and I went to the tooth doctor yesterday. I took a load of this scrap metal in the back yard over to the shop today and my helper threw it in the junk pile- My helper has a nice ass too. And... that's all i've got. I am leaving tomorrow going to Bernalillo, New Mexico, which is just north of Albuquerque. Maybe i'll see something photo-worthy out that-a-way. First time ive been that far west since I went to Payallup in 2009.
  10. ...are really catching it, and they should. Here's just a few of the jokes i've seen-
  11. The look on the Hooters girls faces inspired a caption-
  12. And i'm not bragging, but I also speak fluent Canadian too, eh?
  13. I didn't pay any attention to the license plate either, I was just showing off my fluency in the Australian language when I said "noice!". "Nice" is "noice" in Australian. I should have said "noice mate!" to further show off my mastery of the Australian language.
  14. Thanks High Binder, that's just sharp looking!..and at this particular time, I cain't afford nuthin'. Ive seen this truck before and wished it were mine, and I saw it listed for sale a while back for $5900, but i've spent so much money lately it might as well have been a million.
  15. Noice!..that's Australian by the way.
  16. But you've never seen me in action- "mediocre" might be a complement!..wait- many things?..like what?..what did those jackasses say about me this time?
  17. But, on the other hand, he might have been like a good friend of mines- he made a "go-cart" out of an old riding mower for his son. It was as fast as a riding mower, but it looked like a real go cart. His son learned to drive on this when he was about 5 years old. So, that might be what made you the fantastic driver that you are today. I learned to drive on a Farmall C when I was 4 or 5 years old, i'm pretty sure that's what made me the mediocre driver i'm is today.
  18. Hatcity said it was nice where he was...
  19. Hatcity said "it wasn't too bad around here". He's such a jackass.
  20. This is probably the right color for the Nova-
  21. Here's a picture of the Nova. It's not a good picture, but it's about the only one I have. It was actually blue but you can't tell by this picture! I have no photos of the Chevelle I had, but it looked just like this- dark green, darker green vinyl top, white stripes on the hood and trunk. This one has the cowl induction hood, it's probably got the LS6 454. Mines had the 396/350, which was actually the 402 c.i. big block. And it was bored .030 over, had a Crane cam, 780 Holley, Edelbrock Tarantula intake...it was nice! And this is actually Herb Ketter's picture, but my engine looked just like this- Tarantula intake, the carb. sat a little sideways on it, and I had the same air filter and the same Accel Super Coil ignition. That was about the only air filter option, or the hood wouldn't close. He also had a big block Chevelle, but I think he had a 427.
  22. We have a big red Taylor fork lift at the shop- And this one too. It will lift about as much as the Taylor, but it doesn't have any brakes- however, it does have a screamin' Detroit. 1958FWD would love it! And here's a big yellow Taylor I saw in Chicago-
