  1. yep, he finally got that big hog that chased him up a tree. he sent a picture. I must be off now.
  2. ....or, you could stockpile some dried apples. then you can have dried apples for breakfast, drink a glass of water for lunch, and swell up for supper.
  3. I am.
  4. forgot a picture- I saw this girl hitchhiking, but I didn't have time to stop.
  5. .
  6. I think that picture's a rerun from last Thanksgiving.
  7. right good sized ones all right! The grader has a 1,000hp. engine in the rear and a 700hp. engine in front. It was never used and being dismantled for scrap. The dozer has 2 675hp. Cat engines. http://www.vincelewi...accograder.html http://www.vincelewis.net/acco.html
  8. another large unit.
  9. thank you very much.
  10. yeah, it does ok if you get good paint like krylon or rustoleum. That cheap dollar store paint ain't much, but i've used it before to make something look good for a little while, or just to touch up something before a parade. That's the only kind of painting i've done, either a spray can or a paint brush.. . . . . . steered this one back on the right path,eh?
  11. must have taken a long time to paint that tank with..................never mind.
  12. That looks good Kent, I should do mine like that, that section of exhaust on mine is all pieced and patched together now.
  13. you asked me not to do any photochopping on Papa, so I didn't. He had just went around the corner to pee behind the woodpile when I took that one.
  14. yeah, it's a shame Bob. The map picture I posted tells me that the biggest part of the country- as far as area, that is- was for Romney, but all the cities and heavily populated areas have all the pull. All those a-holes in northern Va. voted for Obama, that's the main reason he took Va. All those people up there know how to do is drive like idiots, they wouldn't know a stick of pulpwood from a lump of coal. A lot of people in the rest of the state make their living farming, logging, and mining.
  15. there, I fixed it...well, improved it some anyway.
  16. or perhaps this one-
  17. like this?
  18. .
  19. good idea, it'll kill the fleas too.
  20. Yes, it's Cliff Bishop, not Chris. I can't find mine, I know it's around here somewhere! Here's a link to it on amazon, that's where I got mine from. Saw it advertised in a magazine and ordered it, I was well pleased with it.http://www.amazon.com/Eighteen-Wheels-North-Alaska-Bishop/dp/1594331103/ref=sr_1_3?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1352559536&sr=1-3&keywords=trucking+in+alaska
  21. where did I see that picture?..might have been on facebook- anyway, it showed a little kid pulling a wagon, with another kid riding in the wagon. the caption said something like "when too many people get in the wagon for a free ride, eventually there won't be enough people to pull it". that pretty much sums up the way it is now.
  22. I've got a really good book here somewhere, by Chris Bishop I believe. He worked and drove in Alaska for years, until he was in his 80's. He tells the story of these big Macks and their mission, the Letourneau Snow Train, and lots of other driving adventures he took part in. Good book, even has lots of pictures.
  23. They had over a foot of snow up there I think. Snowed last Monday or Tuesday night, none since. it's been pretty warm since then too, and there's still that much laying around up in them there hills.I try to get you some road shots. This is from 2009, in Montana. One of my favorites.
  24. I only know my basic colors, my crayolas only have 8 in the box.
  25. Added bonus picture- blue tractor, brown field, green disc, yellow dress, tan ass.
