  1. oh...shoot! If it weren't for that Peterbilt rear it would have Rob written all over it.
  2. I remember that show Jesse James (Sandra Bullock's future ex-husband) used to have-Monster Garage I think?-anyway, they built a trike with a 350 Cummins engine. Maybe it's still around somewhere, perhaps for sale...just a thought.(Paul Van Scott)
  3. yep, steel and aluminum can be bad news. The mechanic that changed my alternator not long ago wrung one of the bolts off in the block. I'm a big fan of neverseize too.
  4. Just put a counterweight on the front bumper, like this-
  5. 68.316 mph- but that's just a guess.
  6. I'm thinking sidecar...like Col. Klink and Sgt. Schultz.
  7. There was a new Triumph parked in front of a store in Rustburg every day last summer,I don't know what model it is, but it's one of the prettiest bikes i've ever seen.

my unit still gets so hard the cat couldn't scratch it now...but I realize that if I get to yours and Mike's age it might not get hard if I put it in the deep freeze. ...that's funny right there!

  11. When I was lost and looking for my delivery address while going the wrong way on rt. 127 in Frankfort Kentucky Tuesday, I happened to run across this Robmobile. No details, but it's on rt. 127 a little north of Frankfort, Ky.

It's quite possible i've seen that truck at some point in time. In the early '80s we'd run 33 and 30 to Chicago all the time. Stopped at the Fort Meyers truckstop in Fort Wayne once in a while, but we used to get fuel at the 76 Truckstop in Wapakoneta every trip. Then they invented the AA Highway and we didn't run that way as much, now I haven't been to Chicago for several years. There was a dump truck fleet of all R-models at Wanatah too, but I can't remember the name.
  15. Penetrating oil probably won't do much good in this case, but far as penetrating oil goes PB Blaster works better than anything i've ever used.
  16. Carl is kinda dumb-when the safety department found the gallon of gas in his truck that he was carrying in case it caught fire and told him to get it out of there he should not have dumped it in the fire place!
  17. oh...Swift driver...'nuff said! The gallon of gas still might not be a bad idea though, just in case it did catch fire.
  18. they're talking about the corporate forum.
  19. ain't it? some of the finest boobage i've ever seen!
  20. I think they just use a big adjustable wrench at the shop to tighten them.
  21. ...and putting down dumbass truck drivers
  22. well, the truck was supposed to be ready by 5 o'clock but the Cat place just called and said plan "A" failed and they had to wait for the epoxy to dry, so it'll be in the morning. Epoxy?..musta put Caterpillar J.B.Weld on it. Got a load of lumber sitting at the yard going to Frankfort,Ky. that I was supposed to run tonight.
