  1. I have these. Picked 'em up yesterday.
  2. that's why I posted the picture, so she could see how it looks towing the B-67.
  3. Good looking bike! Now all you need is a trailer for it so you can haul your Macks to truck shows with it.
  4. Thank you everyone. I had to work-Easter and my birthday. Left Sunday with a load of steel going to Webb,Al.then picked up a load of sand in bulk bags going to Cumberland,Md.Just stopped by the house to take a shower and grab a sammich, then i'll head up to Cumberland later. The oil pan repair looks good, doesn't leak a drop. Looks like they could have hit it with a spray can of Cat yellow though.
  5. here it is-the Peterbilt chopper.
  6. D'oh!!! forgot about that-foiled again!
  7. damn! too bad I didn't think of that first-I'd be willing to help comfort her in any way possible during these trying times time too. But i'm a day late and a dollar short again. Maybe Elin Woods will need comforting...
  8. oh...shoot! If it weren't for that Peterbilt rear it would have Rob written all over it.
  9. I remember that show Jesse James (Sandra Bullock's future ex-husband) used to have-Monster Garage I think?-anyway, they built a trike with a 350 Cummins engine. Maybe it's still around somewhere, perhaps for sale...just a thought.(Paul Van Scott)
  10. yep, steel and aluminum can be bad news. The mechanic that changed my alternator not long ago wrung one of the bolts off in the block. I'm a big fan of neverseize too.
  11. Just put a counterweight on the front bumper, like this-
  12. 68.316 mph- but that's just a guess.
  13. I'm thinking sidecar...like Col. Klink and Sgt. Schultz.
  14. There was a new Triumph parked in front of a store in Rustburg every day last summer,I don't know what model it is, but it's one of the prettiest bikes i've ever seen.
  15. Amen brother! Bill Balsamico for president!

my unit still gets so hard the cat couldn't scratch it now...but I realize that if I get to yours and Mike's age it might not get hard if I put it in the deep freeze. ...that's funny right there!

  18. When I was lost and looking for my delivery address while going the wrong way on rt. 127 in Frankfort Kentucky Tuesday, I happened to run across this Robmobile. No details, but it's on rt. 127 a little north of Frankfort, Ky.

It's quite possible i've seen that truck at some point in time. In the early '80s we'd run 33 and 30 to Chicago all the time. Stopped at the Fort Meyers truckstop in Fort Wayne once in a while, but we used to get fuel at the 76 Truckstop in Wapakoneta every trip. Then they invented the AA Highway and we didn't run that way as much, now I haven't been to Chicago for several years. There was a dump truck fleet of all R-models at Wanatah too, but I can't remember the name.
  23. that's what I always thought.
  24. Penetrating oil probably won't do much good in this case, but far as penetrating oil goes PB Blaster works better than anything i've ever used.
  25. I didn't have any Magnum pictures from truck shows, might try Hank's truck pictures.
