  1. I don't think there was but one more step to go, but I could have kicked her in the nuts 🤣
  2. Funny- not funny "ha-ha" but funny weird. I just saw that picture of us at Colfax the other day and when I was looking and looking- ummm, for no particular reason- for it today I could not find it. Oh well, it'll probably turn up again when I least expect it.
  3. I was standing on the 3rd. step of a 4' stepladder in that picture by the way.
  4. "anybody who actually knows me knows that nothing could be further from the truth". I even took a picture with "big mike" one time too.
  5. Exactly like when I mentioned reparations the other day. I'm sure there are those who would say "you a racist!" because I said that, and anybody who actually knows me knows that nothing could be further from the truth. Everybody knows that it's a fact that nobody alive today was ever a slave in the US, and there's nobody alive today in the US who ever owned a slave, and nobody alive today deserves any "reparations" for what took place in the past. But saying that makes you a racist.
  6. that's some of the stupidest $h!t i've ever seen. No wonder the U.S. went from being a country everybody looked up to to a country everybody looks AT and says "wtf?"
  7. Speaking of the Walmart store, and pies, I found these heavy duty industrial grade blueberry Moon Pies at the Walmart store last week. Never seen the blueberry flavor before, so I grabbed a box.
  8. I found the owl picture, it's pretty bad quality though, even for me. and Bob the financial advisor-
  9. Happy birthday!
  10. That pos tim kaine is a disgrace to Virginians, to Americans, and to human beings in my opinion.
  11. That's a great point Bob. And when they started talking about how they deserve reparations because great, great, great, great, great grandfather mulaki was captured, by other tribesmen I might add, and brought over here to be sold as a slave, it makes me think of this- It was horrible for mulaki, but actually it was great for his descendants. If mulaki hadn't been captured and sold as a slave all his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and on down the line would still be in the jungle somewhere eating bugs and monkey brains instead of of being here in the land of opportunity.
  12. I like the one where the sign said "hit owl- need ride back to town". And you're standing waaaay out in the middle of nowhere, Fed-Ex truck with a broken windshield behind you 🤣
  13. A lot of people probably don't realize what a big truck fan Tom Brady is, we ran across him at another show too. And he was wearing a Battlestar Galactic T shirt!
  14. We even hung out with Tom Brady at the Watt's Mack Show one time.
  15. It's as real as Zina on the summit of Mt. Everest! 🤣
  16. Well, Brian Griffin can fly a helicopter. I saw it on Family Guy.
  17. Yeah, there's too much about electricity that I just don't know. I know how to run the extension cord though, that's about it.
  18. I just watched the first video on the big screen, that was great! Actually it was the second one, the climb in the snowcat. But it was just like being there!
  19. I've been seeing previews of this on TV, true story of a 12 year old boy lost on the mountain in Maine that's at the end of the Appalachian Trail. Looks like a good one, not sure what channel it's on, or whether it's even out yet. https://youtu.be/fS2KrNvUHN4?si=cok90CcNAD3WFVnx
  20. I got a screenshot of the R Model.
  21. I read "The Grapes of Wrath", many years ago.
  22. That reminds of of the bread. I saw this with my own two eyes. I know I've told the story before, but once upon a time I was delivering a load of steel in northern Virginia, Arlington, Alexandria or somewhere, it's all the same. I was parked outside of where I was delivering the next morning and the back side of a bakery was right across the street from me. This was in the summer too, didn't get dark until late. And I sat in the truck and watched a woman come out onto the dock behind the bakery pushing a cart that was taller than she was. It was stacked with trays of bread top to bottom. And she picked up each tray and dumped it into the dumpster that was beside the dock. And she went back inside and got cart after cart after cart of bread, and threw every loaf in the dumpster. I was tempted to go dumpster diving myself, but I figured with my luck she'd come out and catch me with just my feet sticking out of the dumpster. I thought then that all that bread would feed a lot of homeless people, or it could have been used for hog feed, or SOMETHING besides just throwing it away like that. And the thing is, that probably takes place at every bakery, everywhere, every day. Probably past the expiration date or something and they couldn't sell it, so they they just throw it away. Such a waste.
