So I've been seeing this all day- Right away they probably lost millions of dollars by putting this on the cans. The big companies should stay away from crap like this or being too political because they will immediately alienate 50% of their customers. Do what you want on your own time, that's between you and God, but I don't want to see or hear about it. Makes me glad that this is my beer of choice- I switched from Bud Light several years ago, Miller Lite is much better. Tastes great and it's less filling

That's me- I ain't got much, but it's all paid for. We're moving from this place in Gladys- that's my Christmas decorations in the driveway by the way. I spray painted that root and it stays painted year round 🤣...anyhow, To this place that we bought in Spout Spring,Va. After we pretty much gave up on finding a home for sale, we decided to look into getting a piece of land and just putting a single wide mobile or modular home on it. We found an acre in Pamplin, of course we would have to have it cleared and a well and septic system put in. We went to the mobile or modular home getting place to look at what was available, and they're really nice now- super nice. The one we decided on was $95,000 just for the home. And this one we bought, already there, set up, was the exact same model that we had picked, on an acre of land, and only 3 years old, was $130,000. It's a 76x16, 2 feets wider and 10 feets longer than here. And we've already had two people asking about buying this place.

That was a lucky shot- Zina saw it first and said "here comes a cabover". I just happened to have my phone in my hand looking for something on Google maps so I was able to get that picture. If I hadn't had it in my hands I would have never gotten it in time.

Yes, he's got loads of old trucks there, lots of B models, and pretty much whatever else you can think of. I don't know what they're going to do with them. P.L. passed away a few years ago and his sons still run the trucking company, and as far as I know all the old trucks are still there.

I saw that on Facebook yesterday. There and right here were the only places I knew him from. I never met him in person, but he's been here forever it seems like. That was enough to tell me what a genuine good person he was.

I didn't look REAL close, but that's a nice looking body on it.

Yes indeed, that is a nice family friendly place. As a matter of fact, a couple with 2 boys who looked to be around 8 or 10 years old were sitting 2 booths down from us. You won't see anything there that you won't typically see every time you turn the TV on anyway.

Gregg Hoffman was out there last week too, under dog on BMT. I stopped there and checked out the museum when I was still driving, and you're right, it's well worth the stop. Me and Zina have been talking about maybe driving out there to see it again sometime, she's never been. It's almost as good as the Keystone Museum, just not nearly as big.

Probably, but I couldn't say for sure. I've been wanting to get back down there to look around. I haven't been since P.L. passed away. I know one thing, when I first posted a picture of that Conco the Tackaberrys from Canada contacted me right away, wanting to know who's it was, where it was, if it was for sale, the usual stuff, so I know they were highly interested in it.

I went to Hooters once, it's almost as good as Twin Peaks.

We're leaving tomorrow, headed back north. Zina had to come down and get her taxes done.

I took that picture myself, it's down at P.L. Duncan's in Cumberland county Va. That's a D860 GMC on the other side of it. The truck looked to be in roadworthy condition when I saw it, had a 290 Cummins and a 10 speed.

It was her idea to stop, just because 1958FWD egged her on. I tagged myself there on Facebook as we were driving by. Of course he had to come back with the "pics or it didn't happen" post, so Zina said "we'll just show him!" I didn't even want to stop, I said "we don't have time, I've got to cut Vicki's grass". The grass never did get cut. I've got other things going on now- like chicken and ribs.

I must say, That one in the middle was quite stunning.

Yeah, no more than I drive the pickup I probably wouldn't even put tires on it. My Ranger pickup wouldn't pass inspection one time because of dry rot cracks that weren't near this bad. I just took it to another inspection station, and they passed it. But, we're thinking of moving back over to the Appomattox area to be nearer to family, and civilization in general. Heck, it's nearer to everywhere. Zina said we're not thinking, it's a done deal. So we're going to move to Appomattox. Anyhow, I wouldn't want to be driving up 501 with a mattress, coffee table, and TV on the back and suffer catastrophic tire failure, so I might just go get some tires on it. It's old enough that I could get antique tags for it, then you don't even have to have it inspected in Va. but I'm not going to go that route unless I have to.
