  1. I have two Nikons, an A900 Coolpix "point and shoot", the same one I take my road pictures with, and a D3300, the one I took the majority of the truck show pictures with. I have 4 different lenses for the D3300 but I took all the truck pictures with the same one, an 18-55mm Nikon lens.
  2. I know what you're saying, and there's probably some I missed.
  3. Thanks everyone, and you're very welcome. I love taking pictures of things!
  4. Still available at Amazon.com Billy- better grab it now if you want one though.
  5. Excellent read here about the whole convoy, the famous Letourneau (sp?) "snow train", ice roads, and early trucking in Alaska in general. I saw this book advertised in a truck magazine and ordered it from Amazon several years ago, great book.
  6. Thank you, thank you very much.
  7. The weather was great the whole time. I don't remember seeing many for sale signs, but there might have been.
  8. Actually, I just looked through them and noticed I was missing some, so I went back and added a few more. Now i've probably got a lot of duplicates, but what can you do? I'm up to 494 pics there now, the ones I added should all be on the last page.
  9. Here's some of the peoples pictures I have- I talked to Back in Black Pulling for a few minutes too, but didn't get a picture so here's one of his truck-
  10. So, apparently the link was good- Thank you everyone!
  11. I finally got most of the Macungie pictures uploaded to flickr. https://www.flickr.com/photos/28526133@N04/albums/72157697730431484 Let me know if the link works, if it doesn't i'll post a different one that won't work either.

  13. I saw a yellow Freightliner in Macungie. I'm trying to get all my pictures on Flickr, but i'm having much difficulty. I saw a Dodge pickup too and a Brockway. I saw a girl in a car, and a friend saw a girl in a car and sent me the picture. Neat looking house in Macungie. Is this an aluminum 5th. wheel? Sure looks like it. I have never seen or heard of an aluminum 5th. wheel before. A couple of big Mack trucks in Macungie.
  14. So, what about the official group photo? We've still never seen that yet, have we?..I've been real busy on vacation though, I might have missed it. (Iron City Light courtesy of Jumper and Son)
  15. This is mine, and the tag. yup, looks like iv'e had it a pretty long time.
  16. I have one just like it, I wore it all day Friday, but I don't remember where I got it. I'm thinking probably at the Winchester, Va. ATHS show they have every September.
  17. First time I've played "fix that post" in a long time. Most of the original post is true- well, some of it anyway. And i'm proud to call you friend Randy.
  18. You really do need to get there Larry. I'd see people at the Winchester ( Va. ) show, Farmer52 for one, plus others, and they told me for several years- "you need to go to Macungie!". This was just my second time, Zina's first, and she already said she has new friends now, she's going next year whether I do or not. But i'm planning to be there next year too, since she's going. She's the greatest!😍
  19. I don't know for sure if it was the culprit, but I got a sausage sammich with peppers and onions on Friday, and it made me wish I had gotten a scrapple bistit instead! It tasted good, but something made me feel rather queasy for a while, thought I might have to make an early exit, but fortunately I made a full recovery.
  20. Wow...I'm ecstatic...🤮
  21. The greatest antique truck show on earth!
