  1. Sounds like a quick release valve gone bad .
  2. Ive seen them on the side RT 7 in Ridgefeild Conn.always wonder what they were used for.
  3. Change the plastic check valves in the transfer pump.

  7. Quality the 2 piece 44k that crack and cost the costumer $ and down time
  8. There are two different gauges sending units they cant be swap around some times you have bad cab to frame ground this will affect the proper reading .
  9. Over the years Ive seen dealers take trucks in for warranty from one week to one month and still do a lozy job with a b c class mech with a company that had several hundred power units . I bought 01 RD it spent more time broke and know iam broke thank you MACK been a fan for 35+ years .

  12. The 6 speed will take 1800 lbs torque the 12.5 13 will only take 1200 lbs unless you put a mack 9 12 13.18 speed with triple counter shaft .

  20. Filter in reservoir for power steering steering shaft alignment and always the nut behind the wheel.
  21. Going back several years back Island Transport was hit by a car in Bridgeport and it burned the bridge. Completely melted it. The state of New York came to the rescue wit a temporary bridge to construct on 95. Took a couple weeks to reopen it up. there is pictures on Hanks of the truck. Was a mack CH all that was left of the tanker was the front part still hooked to the tractor.
