Working on the 86 so i can start to haul mine. Took a set of Manifolds to my friend Jerry Martin Jr and he welded up the insides of the tubes and turned them on his mill to straighten them out. then he turned the male tubes to accept these Cummins or PDI seals. They are really snug have to use hammer to get them together. So far i have zero leaks but have not really driven any where yet beside down back road , truck is not road worthy yet , But will do Burnouts if any body was wondering .Made my own y pipe

Governor Spring Replacement time!

Gov springs are in the back behind the round cap with 4 bolts in it. big one is for idle little one for high rpm. Might be slack in the bearing and linkage in side. -

Been running mine around for couple years with 25psi in the rear on capped tires. But afraid to go much over 40 since i ran them for so long at low pressure. but always keep front at full pressure

Never had fuel pressure gauge so i can't help with that

Can't close return these V8 will blow seal out of filter tried it once. With my 13mm pump lift pump will not keep up with my foot in it i have fass pump right at tank to feed lift pump. been working so far. Are your fuel lines really old that might be sucking shut?
