    Cable is not moved crossover tube has notch or indentation to go over cable

    Unloader valve in compressor might be stuck or blockage between Governor and valves Valves are usually behind air intake on side of compressor

    No I haven't Set the timing on this motor to day made no difference throttle on idle or wide open

    Mine are 19 seen some 17 depends on the pump i believe .

    Some have three bolts Dale Francis make a nice return tube and surprisingly cheaper then the Mack one
