  1. You'd figure, but no. Even if they did the tower with the pump and roll off air controls would be on top of it.....
  2. Short wb will ride like crap and turn on a dime, long wb will ride better, and turn like crap.....how's that?! LOL. Alot will have to do with weight restrictions for your jurisdictions......
  3. Mp7 405 m is 1200-1700 rpm @ 75% throttle or less...... Find the power graph and keep it in the peak torque revs.....
  4. There's an R model roll back for sale on a post....
  5. ........then he thought "I need a change of shorts"
  6. "Oh yea!!!the TRAILER....I wondered what that was back there....."
  7. F**ckin whoops!! You're right, could have been worse. Wonder if the road gave out under him or he cut it too close.....
  8. 1988 AMC Jeep YJ 4.2l and a 1994 Mopar Jeep YJ 2.5l. The 88 was an absolute jewel, but the 94 was a whole new kind of beat when I got it ...... Maybe one day the boss will let me have another toy
  9. ....truck was tired.....so it had a nap.....lol
  10. Will do. The guy that owns just kept calling an "MM". Asked him twice if it wa a d or not. I do know that is used to be an 8X8 but he had to take off the second steer axle to fit the crane body, and it started out as a redimix truck....
  11. Snowdog, quick, yank em off and hide em.....they'll be worth something someday lol
  12. Monday I'll check the rd and let you know. 1988 oakville truck, should be the same as your 88..........
  13. Boost gauge is easy.....get a boost gauge (0-40psi), drill and tap for sensor/sender in air intake somewhere after the turbo, install gauge...tada..... Hell, there might even already be a bung that's plugged off of a boost gauge. Don't have access to an E7 to check.....but I know our E6 has a capped off EGT bung in the exhaust....one day I'll get them to let me put in a pyrometer.....
  14. I run haulmaxx and I like it just fine, but I have no experience with camel back so I can't really compare....maybe one day lol
  15. Same here. There are a few running camelback , but more often than not it's rubber block of some kind,....
  16. Looks like you need a set of these.... After ripping off and ultimately destroying the universal handling equipment flaps, I found these Mack flaps and said to myself, there's gotta be a way to move them when I think they're gonna get caught..... 2 washers, a broken bungee cord and 5 minutes of welding and TADA!!! That weekend the other driver drove it and didn't hang the flaps backing over a curb and tore the outside bottom 2" off the passenger side .....%*@$!!!!
  17. I'm no expert, but if the fibers are broken, the light will stop at the break..... A fiber optic cable is merely thin strips of glass....dont have much experience with them...sorry
  18. Clutch? (I got nothin') Weird it only happens in 12th.....clutch would be most of the top gears I suppose.....yep, I got NOTHIN.....DAMN
  19. K. I'll have a look. It been in ALOT in the last little while for emissions crap. I don't get to see the invoices as to what was done, but I'll have a peek and see if it's been done.
  20. Looks absolutely awesome Keith.....if you find a "new" bumper and are willing to part with the old one, let me know, that is one of the big things that would help our rd look right.....too many steering wheel holders in the past have smashed the existing one up bad. We straightened it up as best we could, but it's still not right. That one you got looks identical other than it's chrome and our is black.... Again, excellent save on the r !!! All the polishing and painting made a world of difference
  21. Mine falls under the recall.....i know it's gonna vary from one dealer to the next, but is it something they would fix while it's in for something else, or not until its in for one of the symptoms?
  22. hmmmmmm....no grinding like it's stuck between ranges at all.....maybe the high box is buggered?? Sorry I can't be of much help here....
