    For those that don't know the background, kw finished making this truck in 2007. Apart from the engine, badges and a few lights it's essentially the same truck. The cummins isx e5 is painted beige to replicate the early cummims engines.

    Was wondering on the progress. It takes a lot of patience when your getting gear worked on. But hopefully them taking their time means they are doing a really good job!

    Ok, let me start by saying im in no way a professional at this. 1, You could try using a porta power and pushing off the opposite side. Id use a plank of wood to share the load on opposite pillar to avoid bending that one. 2, Or another way id try is to park next to a solid structure, a well built shed or a bit of machinery and try pulling it with a chain and binder, or rachet strap. 3, You could cut it out and replace with one off another cab if its pretty bad. Hopefully someone else here might chip in with a bit more knowledgable answer. Maybe post some pics, it might help get the ideas flowing.

    Awesome job on that! Wiring looks 10 time better! It's amazing how good things come up with a bit of elbow grease.

    Probably not much. I often wonder what Mack could of done with just a Volvo block and cylinder heads and designed the rest itself.

    That would be the one. 685hp is only available with an auto. 600hp if you get a MANual. Funnily the same engine in a Volvo puts out 700hp!

    So does it make them into a good engine? I've just finished reading about AC and AI engines.

    It's hard for me to tell from the pics, is the dog made of steel or is it a sticker? If it's a sticker, I'd think about have it scanned and getting a replica made. Maybe even a few extra...

    Great to hear. I'm not up to date on these newer trucks so ya lost me a bit with regen and 7th injector and flux capacitor but I'm glad it's working well for you.
