  1. I have all the B-models in 1/25 scale, also have all the B's in 1/34 dumps, dump trailers, and all the lowboys.
  2. Nope, that's the only valve.
  3. Early version of the 12 speed. The later version switched to a air valve on the dash for the lo-lo and direct, getting rid of the second stick.
  4. I'm doing a demo job inside a plant where they make steel power poles. They use these forklifts to move and load the poles. They said they will just pick up the mini and set it on the second floor. 19,000 sq. ft of concrete, 5" thick supported by 14" I beams every 7'. Nice indoor job while waiting for the snow to melt.
  5. When you do the o-rings, Mack has a service bulletin to replace the allen bolts also that hold the pump in. They are pron to breaking.
  6. We have them here also. I hit the slopes with my brother back about 25 years ago when he was in town and my wife made it very clear not to bring home any "snow bunnies" So i guess they do exist!
  7. The one that you have to adjust is the one the clamps onto the box. Remove the 2 bolts that hold the bearing on so it gives you room to pull up on the shaft. Remove the cross bolt that goes through the bottom yoke. Spread the yoke apart if needed the pull up on the shaft. That section is not timed however from there up is timed and improper timing will make it bind. Remember you also have a u-joint under the dash as well. I've been down this road before.
  8. I think you have a few parts missing. good chance the cam may be damaged as the unit pumps ride on it. Drop the pan and check out the bottom end before you order any parts, you may need a new engine.
  9. I was just telling my daughters about chains on the bus and how they would make the bus vibrate. Oh the good old days!
  10. Schools have been closed since Tuesday. I HOPE they reopen on Monday. Please Please Please
  11. I got 27" Poor Super, he looks cold What did everyone else get?
  12. Do you go to Macungie truck show?
  13. More than the headlights had to be changed than. No air ride cab, steering box was moved to the frame. I had an 1980 Superliner with a E9 400 that was original so the motor is wrong also. Somethings not right.
  14. I did my 94 RD. Was a VMAC 350, but I changed my pump over to a mechanical pump, new lines, put a 427 turbo on, and replaced the injectors with superflow (90 plus hp) ones and got 490HP. I ran it for years and than sold it to a friend and he said it's the best running truck in his fleet. Also changed the wire harness under the hood and put all mechanical sending units in.
  15. I think the year is wrong. 85 was the change over year for the Superliner II, air ride cab, steering box moved to the frame, square headlights, not an E9, looks like a 866. I don't think they ever put them in a Superliner.
  16. Same oil that you use in the motor.
  17. Here's another, a little blurry but you can see the roller.
  18. Yes, the horizontal tab is on the valley pan, Your picture is the one for the vertical spring but I'm not sure which direction it should face since mine are broke off. But I can't see it being straight out since it won't have much strength. If you would want a stiffer pedal, you could move it up to the upper hole.
  19. The top tab broke off at one point as you can see only part of it remains, I just drilled a hole next to it and the other spring is below.
  20. Both of mine have two springs. One goes straight back to a tab next to the turbo and the other goes straight up to a tab welded onto the bracket that holds the power steering reservoir.
  21. I've got a spare block I'd let go. I'm not far from you, near Hazleton. PM me if your interested. Mike
  22. If someone at one time replaced the u-joints in the shaft near the box, they may have not aligned it back to the same spot. The box has fine splines and the bolt will work in any position. Input shaft on left side of picture.
