  1. That is such a cool truck with a great story. It looks like you have the perfect use for it. Enjoy.
  2. That is really cool. Thanks for the pictures. We had heavy clouds and rain (Northern VA) so you couldn't tell which caused the darkness. The temp dropped from 93 to 69. Of course it went right back up with super high humidity.
  3. Thanks. Normal is nice.
  4. I always like the pictures and the ride along too. I think the problem with the McDonalds in Berkeley Springs is they have too many old folks sitting around having coffee so they gave the parking to them.
  5. I like it too. Lot's of good shots especially on Big Beaver Blvd.
  6. Welcome and thanks for saving another "old dog".
  7. That's what I thought too. But i guess she is just fiddling with her device.
  8. Heart felt condolences to you and your family. It is always tough when it is time to pass the torch but he has given a good head start.
  9. That's a neat part of the Country. Thanks for the pictures.
  10. I like it too. Sounds like all that is needed is batteries and you're good to go.
  11. Have many more happy returns.
  12. Bob, I defiantly agree.
  13. Brocky, It was sitting in the field right of the main road coming in next to an early 50s yellow DT. I can't remember if it was a five window but I think it was labeled as a 709. It had 10 lug wheels and an external air cleaner which could mean diesel.
  14. That red Diamond T with somebody's next project on the deck was at Macungie. I think it is owned by the fellow from near Berkeley Springs.
  15. Sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. Just saw J Hancock's post. Try that first if no change check vacuum system. Good Luck.
  16. Many happy returns!
  17. I agree.
  18. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think you can disconnect the steering shaft from the box without disassembling the box. In order to remove the steering column the box along with the shaft have to be disconnected from the frame and removed from the bottom.
  19. I agree, that is one cool truck. Looks like it has some interest.
  20. Nice job on the restoration. It is nice to see these especially when done by the fire fighters.
  21. I hope to be there.
  22. Thanks for the great pictures and stories. It is always interesting to see your part of the world.
  23. I missed that one. It looks good. What price was he asking?
  24. Dave was kind enough to fix dinner for a couple of us on Friday evening. He also gave a tour of the rig. Very well done. He mentioned for power it had a 383 stroker.
