Mine's a S/A B 61 with bias ply and I run 45# and still get a rough ride. I'm wondering how much better a tubeless radial would be. -

B model headliner

There is a gap between the the headliner and roof. Good old duck tape will hold the pieces together but doesn't give enough support to correct a sag. -
That hurts just to look at. Sounds like you have the right tonic for pain. Get well quick.

B model headliner

I replaced the repro with a factory NOS one. The repro headliner is done in three pieces and sags where the side pieces meet the center section after awhile. There are no attachment points in the cab roof. The factory liner is much stiffer and in one piece. -
B model headliner

I have one of the repro headliners that was taken out of my B-61. You might be able to make it work or at least use as a pattern. Be glad send it for the shipping. -
I was able to find a replacement switch at the local truck parts store. As far as the missing wire you can use any hot connection for a lead to the switch.

Looks like this one sold for $39900 which includes bidders fee. Not sure how much Hemmings charges.
