  1. Looks like there is something for everyone.
  2. Definitely a keeper and worthy of a restoration.
  3. Mark Smith, the deceased owner had a huge car collection, mostly original, good condition. I didn't know he had all those trucks. We were in downtown Lynchburg some years ago and saw some of his cars in the Murphy's or maybe Penney's dept store building. Both the main and downstairs were filled. There were also a number of old Harleys and Indians. One of the guys working on the cars said he had another building full, must of been this building and also one north of Madison Heights.
  4. Some nice interesting trucks. I like the hell out of the Diamond T pickup (also the off topic model). Do you remember the owner's name?
  5. How about Winchester, VA in late Sept or Gerhart's?
  6. My uncle north of Pittsburgh had a lane that was about quarter of a mile and no turn around for the straight milk truck. The driver would back up the lane at about 4:30am. Don't remember the brand truck but know it wasn't a DD. If the truck didn't wake you the clanging of the cans did.
  7. Echo That!
  8. Let's see how much hell gets raised over the tampon shortage.
  9. Love the pictures. As they say "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree".
  10. Very sad to hear. As said he was a wealth of knowledge and very generous sharing with all of us. I will keep his calendar displayed as a remembrance. RIP Mike.
  11. Really looks great. It shows what a good choice to make all the attachments to the cab before install. As mentioned it looks like it is almost ready to go.
  12. I had the same problem replacing the fixed seat. Nothing seems to give much room. I ended up with a vintage Viking. After looking at Matt's interior it looks like the smaller steering wheel gives a little more relief. Those seats look awesome.
  13. Try Rob Ficken: https://rebuildingtricowipers.com/
  14. Thanks for the "heads up" must of been operator error.

  16. Looks like they have a little something for everybody. The B-61 wrecker is nice.

  18. Wonder how many B-66s there are out there?
  19. Enjoy the rest of the day and keep on having happy and healthy birthdays.
  20. Getting the support pieces folded into a wedge and pointing the right direction worked like a charm. Thanks. BTW, got a picture of your just installed visor?
  21. The following post was in the Parts for Sale. Wanted to move it here to see if anyone knows how to do the headliner install. "I must have made the best offer (25% off price) and ended up with it. I'm now trying to figure out how to install. The headliner is one piece and comes down to just below the rear window. It looks like it attaches using the two black panels that came with it. They have part numbers that are listed in the parts book as: Support, Inside Header Top Panel, right and left. These two pieces have creases and look like they fold along with speed nuts that line up with the holes in the headliner. Anybody familiar with how it attaches?" Thanks.
