can anyone tell me if they have or have heard endt675 without a muffler?how loud without a muffler?want to get my tipping body as close to the cab as possible and want to remove muffler if not to loud without it??thanks adrian

hk i like what ur telling me re-fork remove but the rattles only when engaging the clutch(push the pedal down)thanks to all for your help adrian

can anyone help my r-model clutch rattles when you depress it ,have looked inside inspection hole and carnt see anything wrong.it's roadranger rt915 the only thing i can see is the throw out bearing grease hose is broken and the grease nipple is at the top and you carnt get at it throw out bearing maybe dry???maybe i can remove the two half's of the throw out shaft and remove the fork and spin the bearing and grease????hope someone hasnt fitted clutch plate back to front????help please adrian

need to replace side cover gaskets on my endt675 the front side cover gasket can anyone tell me do i need to remove injector pump to do this front gasket?if i do need to remove the pump can anyone tell me the best way to remove pump thanks adrian

thanks skip i'll use the gasket and check the other things you have talked about.i was over at mack last week and the f-model was parked over at the workshop and the next day it wasnt there???maybe sold 25 grand that big money.the show i havent heard about if you get any pictures i like to see,thanks again skip ,adrian

hey skip,what's the best to use the silastic or the gasket form gleemans i have been getting heaps of stuff from gleemans so that not a drama.does it use oil????havent driven it only off the step deck i put it up with and straight into my shed.have you got that other f-model yet??did it come from mack newcastle???there has been one there for over 12 months???thanks adrian

my endt675 has an oil leak on the fuel pump side seems to be from the side cover bolted to the block .is this common?maybe its got to much crank case pressure??

Yes the bolts are expensive I think and the part no. is 3ax1827 its10.94 plus tax and the harden washer is 35ax144 its 5.37 plus tax prices are australian .not cheap

can anyone tell me how to tell what type of power assist steering my r600 has??has one directional valve ram r/h side and the steering ram l/h side both mounted too the top of the stub axle????? thanks adrian

paul here in australia we call it bailey channel but in the states rob has told me you call it glass runner channel.cheers adrian

big thanks to FJH and also rob for all their help, have sorted the problem there was a problem with the earth wire to the pump shorted to earth found it, sorted it, all good.thanks again lads adrian

can anyone tell me on the inside of the fuse box cover inside the truck(r600) there is a???well i dont know what it is has 2 large cables going too it seperate terminals one terminal goes to the first circuit breaker and other goes into harness.has gent on the plastic cover???? thanks adrian
