  1. welcome to the dog house, good lookin mid liner had one like it as a lube truck.
  2. that would be enough to disqualify at least half of the current administration !!!!!!
  3. call your local heavy truck parts jobber- 6 states or six robblies or similar they should be able to help
  4. I suppose in the third picture were thinking that white aerial boom looking thing coming out of a 58 fwd is the hand of god blessing your truck?

  6. aint it amazing how we have to borrow money from others to run this mess we call a country. But we cant use the brain power of private business to do work in a manor that would allow us to be efficient. HOW IN THE HELL CAN THESE PEOPLE SLEEP AT NIGHT?
  7. the company I was working for bought 3 a year in that time period if memory serves I think it was $86,000 a tractor e-6 350 mack 12 speed tandem axle 205w.b. 16,000 fa. 38,000 ra. but that was west coast, I would think east would be less.

  11. joemac try fwd's hose reversal but I've found that tire dressing works better and lasts longer than armorall .
  12. slpwlker make sure you hide a switch in the cab to lift that steerable axle you haven't soiled anything until you blow a tire and it goes from stop to stop about 6 times a second, you cant get that thing in the air fast enough. just trying to keep the smell outta the cab. lol
  13. funny you should mention the 77v getting hot, ours did the same, I was the new guy at the time so I didn't get to work with the real mechanics .any how after the in frame, rebuilt heads, recored rad. and still overheating on hard shoves. I invited myself to take a look and discovered two fan blades reversed. still didn't get to work with the cat mechanics. but they did have to credit us a bunch on that work order.
  14. yep B train, love the ride heigth of the superliner
  15. this damn newfangled safety equipment when they say 4 wheel antilock brakes they mean 4 wheel no brakes
  16. we had several at the local redi-mix plant in town latter came across another in a dm these would have been early 70's vintage trucks. they were decent engines, just not power houses.
  17. you should be able to get one that will fit below the charge air cooler and the bottom of the radiator. try like a 92 pete 378 if I remember right that one should be about 10" tall, or try a rd style that mounts to the charge air cooler if I'm thinking right it was like 5/8 thick. never studied a ws to see how much extra room was up front.
  18. welcome to the doghouse
