  1. I'm afraid due to rainy weather and no trailer to use the motor's still at my buddy's house. I was gonna bring it to work and use the forklift to unload it from his trailer to mine, but nothing. His trailer already has alot of stuff on it so taking it to the house would be a problem plus it's in the middle of the trailer so forklifting it would be our only option...Anyway i have a buddy that's going through a divorce and needs a place to store his tools so he's gonna help me out with the project for a payment of storing his tools, good friend. Well i'm gonna go back to work now and you guys have a good one....
  2. Well guys i got her. I'm gonna bring it home Saturday, really excited too. Thinking about 100% on puttin it in my '52 ford F-6. Hoping I can make it work. Done have a few friends wanting to help "we'll see how that turns out" And anybody that wants to chime in with suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks for the pics, and videos..
  3. I'll come up there and tint 'em for ya Tom. That's about the best i can do...lol
  4. I appreciate the pics Tom. I'm hoping to get the 3-53 my buddy has. Larry do you know how to get ahold of this guy? I might need some help...lol Thanks guys
  5. Where you at Bollwevil, I heard some of that story, but would like to hear the full one........ lol... Just messin with ya bud........but, seriously
  6. Sounds like your having luck like Bulldog Man. At least your alright. Insurance companies are always fun to deal with, They love for you to pay them, but when it's their turn to pay it's hell......I love those 3406's too bad it's no a manual pump motor, those cats would run liked a raped chicken on acid, when you turn he fuel to 'em. Have a good one....
  7. Duct tape is mandatory in a toolbox.
  8. Sounds like a pretty decent week, except for the tire deal. Not bing mean, but that's how they usually do women take the full advantage. 110.00 a tire, you should get a road hazard warranty, gold members card, free balancing every month.....should i go on? Kinda glad we don't have to go through inspections down here, some people really need there cars inspected, but my little truck would be hard to pass, the suburban would pass ok i believe. How often do they have to be inspected?
  9. Glad too hear of your good fortune, and that your gonna go ahead and start fixin' my truck for me.....lol. Are you gonna leave it as a tractor, dump???
  10. Yeah, but he might be the ring leader...lol
  11. We'll Mack i'm gonna have to draft you for a march on Lafollette. Seems like Otherdog is gettin' a group together to march on me after his webcam quit workin'. I have enough moon pies, ramen noodles, beanie weines, and enough ammo to take out the national gaurd. Bring anything else you think you might need. I admitted i tore up the webcam, navy seals type stuff you know. Parker and Paxton are on 24hr watch so i'm good there, we're waiting on you guys to march on us we'll be ready.......
  12. I don't know about the warning part- he's probably filling sand bags like mad and piling them around his house now! Probably can't find any pork and beans, bottled water, or ammo anywhere in Lafollette now, so he can withstand a long siege. Me and the boys have been workin all day on it....We acually have an army surplus store so i'm set. Guess i'll have to draft Bulldogman as my backup & don't forget about the potted meat also. Crazy part was Otherdog used his webcam saturday, I bought one sunday, then his stopped working mon.. I told him i used the sneak attack, navy seals type stuff.......To Be Continued
  13. Easy now James, I'm having computer troubles myself.....Possibly from Otherdog
  14. I'm late too, but congratulations. I have 2 11 month old boys, that seem to like trucks to. Just in there blood. Sleepless nights are always fun, but well worth it. Children are a true blessing. Take care of him for us. JOE
  15. Thanks for the nomination . Me and Otherdog could do just fine, but of course we would have to fire everybody inside and hire you, Rob, Barry, and others from here. Of course we would have to reconstruct the white house with all mack trucks, Barry could sell parts out the back, we could build Rob a new shop on the north lawn, Otherdog could use the mixer for the concrete work, and as his personal limo, war vehicle etc. You could use your truck to haul equipment and other jobs around...........On the president subject I neglect to say but, I don't dig Obama & i'll leave it at that.....
  16. If you guys March on Millington, be sure to stop by and pick me up. I've been wondering about Mack myself. Might be able to track him down via Myspace. I'll check after while, or message him on there. Always nice to hear a "Amen Brother".......
  17. It's like Bulldogman, I haven't heard from him in awhile. Where has everyone gone too????
  18. A little off topic, but the '94 Chevy Kodiak at work has had a bad rattle from the clutch in it, only when you had the clutch pushed in while it was moving. Sounded god awful, but turns out the pressure plate is broke from all the jerking of the wannabe drivers. Abuse is the number 1 cause of these problems. Anyway have good one.
  19. I would say it had the up/down range selector. There was a '80 kw w-900 at the chipmill were i used to work had the 13 spd. on it set up like that. I was born in '85 so i couldn't tell you excatly, but I've seen quite a few trucks like this around the year of yours. Maybe someone else will chime in with the real answer.
  20. I'm starting to wonder about him, he on myspace every now and again. He probably working himself to death trying to catch back up from being off of work.
  21. Good friend he is
  22. Rob is very knowledgeable on the v-8's so any questions can be pointed to him.
  23. No he actually made it without any incidents, well as far as yesterday anyway. I talked to him around dinnertime and he had just got back at the shop. Today though is another question. Rob you must have plenty of room for all those trucks, parts, etc.
  24. I wouldn't know what it looks like myself. I believe it's up to $350.00 a pound. A guy i work with is a big ginseng hunter, so that's all i've heard for the last couple of weeks. To be honest i've probably weed eated over about $100,000 worth.....lol
  25. C'mon James we wanna hear that story
