  4. Well exactly, that is why shipping companies purchase insurance from Lloyd's of London. JB saying the US taxpayer will pay for reconstruction is silly.
  5. I believe it was a cyberattack. They took over the ships controls, steering it towards that bridge column for maximum effect and then shut off power, causing a loss of steering (hydraulic rudder control) and propulsion. Thus it was weaponized, transformed into a floating projectile. If you look at the ship's path, it was on course and then suddenly turned to the right.......directly for that bridge column.......and then power shut off. Now the Port of Baltimore* is effectively shut down, and it will take months to clear. Someone sent a message. They're attacking our water supply at this very moment, according to the White House in a letter to the state governors dated March 18th: https://www.epa.gov/system/files/documents/2024-03/epa-apnsa-letter-to-governors_03182024.pdf And the mainstream media hasn't seen the need to mention America's drinking water is under threat? * The Port of Baltimore is the busiest U.S. port for imports of cars and light trucks, plus agricultural and construction machinery. 52.3 million tons of foreign cargo passed through the port in 2023, that valued at $80 billion.

  7. Yes sir, it is indeed a glider kit. The glider kits were assembled in Allentown by a third party (R.D. Knorr Industries) from parts we supplied. I never liked that arrangement. Rather, I wish they had been built in our assembly lines. It was done because one mindset was it would hamper the flow of complete trucks on the line.
  8. The president angrily addressed the nation on Thursday night telling Americans 'I know what the hell I am doing!' and insisting that 'my memory is fine.' However, moments later he committed another startling gaffe, referring to the Egyptian leader as the president of Mexico. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13063725/joe-biden-address-nation-news.html

  10. You can't make this stuff up.
  11. And, Yellen says prices don't need to come down. Hmm. .
  12. I have a lot of respect for Senator John Kennedy.
  13. Yes, the WS/WL did use R-model springs, e.g. 2QK3378 (10,500lb) and 2QK3378P2 (12,000lb). But the Super-Liner II (aka. RWI), well the RWI 600 was an Ultra-Liner chassis while the RWI700 was a heavier variant of that chassis. And the MH/RWI used a new family of springs.
  14. It's stamped right there on the front of the axle. Also, if I researched the front axle assembly number also in your picture (it appears to be 1QHA5745P2), it would tell me the axle model and show all the parts.
  15. It's a Mack model FAW537C 12,000lb steer axle.
  16. Apply 20wt non-detergent motor oil to the (rubber) trunnion insulators at installation.
  17. MAN builds a very good truck, arguably better than M-B. However Scania with its Mack-born V8 is simply the world's best. .
  18. Well that's quite a compliment. I'll just say it's a European-style COE wearing the blue oval. Ford-Otosan really hit it out of the park with the F-Max.
  19. No sir. That was not me.
